Removed, or disabled? Did you HAVE WordFence installed? If so, then perhaps, even with disabling or deleting you’ve got some crumbs of info still in a cache file, or in the database. If you HAD WordFence installed, enable it again, and turn it back to learning mode. It sounds to me like it doesn’t know to turn off the built in firewall in WordFence. Usually located in the .htaccess file.
If you can find a clean .htaccess file with basic WordPress info in it, overwrite the one there now, or reinstall/enable WordFence and turn it back to learning mode.
Anytime in the future if you did have WordFence installed, turn it back to learning mode. That will correct the problem.

If so, turn it back to Learning Mode. If you haven’t edited in a while, it forgets that you are allowed. By turning it back to learning mode, it will allow you to go back to editing as before.
I could really use some help here. I’ve done all the preliminary checks, and now before I continue creating pages I will not be able to edit, I need some support. Is there anyone with that capability willing to jump in and at least take a look?
Anybody?
A link would be helpful to investigate your problem.
If the username and api are correct in your theme options, have you checked to see if there’s something going on on the server that prevents a download, or do you have security plugins that may be flagging the download. WordFence, if left idle for a long period, would flag it as something nefarious. Resetting it to Learning Mode will fix that.
Being such an old version, you’d be better off updating via FTP this one time, and then maintaining it more often. There have been a lot of updates since your last upgrade. You will need to tweak the theme options because they have added so many.
You can make a template page within the ALB so you don’t have to add it each time. I haven’t checked to see if Enfold yet has global templates (where you can edit one page and it updates all) but at least creating a template page or section would be quick on the build.
If you uncenter the logo – moving it to the left – do you still have the same problem?
Are you using Google Page Speed?
When you uploaded the image did you select ‘full size’ in the Media Gallery?
Still not working. But I’m turning the plugins back on. I left them off for about 8 hours in case someone actually checked or responded.
No. It’s not cache. I just waited so long for meaningful help from here, that in the process I finally found the issues and fixed it myself.
It’s not the plugins, which is why I submitted a request with login credentials so you could check further into the problem. They are currently all turned off, and the problem persists.
Mark this as resolved. A plugin developer who had logged in over the weekend installed an unapproved plugin…and it broke the site. Deleting that, fixed ALL issues.
I also notice that changing styles (color of links) in the Enfold panel is not working. I changed link color from orange to red, and it’s still displaying orange.
My Avia editor is also not displaying. Update to Enfold says it’s the latest, but is 3.2.2.
(Edit. Clicking Media Elements tab and then refreshing the browser DID make it show up. Nice trick, but is there a fix?)

Since then I’ve done about 8 hours worth of work. :-) There is an incompatibility with a plug in called Woocommerce – Request a Quote. It breaks the product list/catalog feature big time.
I had the same problem and they gave me this:
.html_header_top.html_logo_center .logo { left: 0; -webkit-transform: none; -ms-transform: none; transform: none; }
However, the logo that should have filled the spaced from container edge to container edge is now off to the right just a tad in Firefox. Yours isn’t as big so likely it would work.
(Edit, I added right: 0; and that fixed the entire issue in all browsers.)

Yep, and that’s the one I used and why you didn’t see a problem.
My apologies for not reporting back. I have a custom sized header, that apparently the last update has a conflict with, so I’ve patched it. The error was not from W3 Total Cache. I’ve also deactivated W3.
I disabled two plug-ins, WordPress Ad Widget and WP Ultimate Recipe. Both of which I need, but disabling one of them corrected the problem. Not sure which one as I disabled them both at the same time and when it fixed the issue, I needed to continue other things.
Will narrow it down today, but it seems to be working now.
Well I could do that, BUT, they’ve been playing nice for a year now, and I need them all. All the whiz bang stuff Enfold does is no longer working. Home page the little animation when you scroll towards content isn’t working, it’s no longer displaying galleries, etc.
November 11, 2014 at 3:15 am in reply to: When I save, half the content boxes delete themselves & other stuff #349174I honestly think the template I created was corrupted and was causing 9 kinds of havoc. Deleted the template, deleted the page and started over and everything seems fine. Crazy!
I simply want the sidebar on the right side.
You bet. It’s http://184.154.1.124/~fwadevel/
I fiddled with it enough to see that using the browser’s developers tools, delete the entire woocommerce.css linked stylesheet and it looks perfectly Enfold-ish. But I can’t tell how/where it’s being called.
Doing some further looking, obviously Enfold works well with Woo, and overrides the woo css. I have a plugin that modifies woo to act as a quote system, and now it’s forcing the woo stylesheet to override all. I have no idea where to find that stylesheet and empty it.
October 31, 2014 at 4:24 pm in reply to: Multiple Session / Cache Errors no plugins installed #344096Multiple errors.
I have reinstalled wordpress.
I have reinstalled enfold.
I have no plugins installed.
I do not get the errors with other themes.
I am on the same server set up as other sites with the WP 4.0/Enfold 3.01 set up without problems.
I am still getting the same errors.Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp/sess_f55b787ce61ac417bc196af7a0f25126, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/shellyh/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php on line 32

September 19, 2014 at 1:50 am in reply to: Images hosted off server (picasaweb) – Need to use in Gallery or Masonry Gallery #321606Sad news, that. I can use the default WordPress gallery but of course that isn’t styled or function the same. I need a solution as our organization is huge, and the amount of pictures we produce every year is massive. There’s not enough server space or bandwidth to accommodate.
September 19, 2014 at 12:22 am in reply to: Images hosted off server (picasaweb) – Need to use in Gallery or Masonry Gallery #321589That appears to take an image and upload/save it to your server. I already have ownership of all my images. I do not want to host them. There are plugins like Media Manager Plus that puts Flickr/Picasa/Google as part of the selection in the wordpress gallery but keeps them on that service. However it does not work with the built in function of Enfold’s gallery.
I had been regenerating and staying the page. It works better now simply because I removed the defaulted 150×150 images on the server via FTP.
