Thank you for this, however I’m having a bit of trouble finding this… “Then go to the blog/post slider/portfolio/masonry grid element settings screen, scroll to the bottom of the option window and configure the order/orderby settings.”
Also where exactly do I insert that code into the php file? Anywhere? Top bottom?

I tried all of these, and I think it has something to do with the sidebars. When I don’t select a sidebar on that page the masonry layout will fill the whole page including the footer, but I want the sidebar like all the other pages.
it is also cropping the photos strangely on a smaller screen – no mobile, just a smaller laptop. They aren’t kept square – they are showing up at almost just a slice of the pic.

Thank you! Looks like my google map isn’t showing up either on the contact page.
so this doesn’t apply when you have the menu bar below the logo. i’d like to just change the area behind the menu not the actual header where the logo is.
November 24, 2014 at 9:45 pm in reply to: enfold full width easy slider not showing on any page #357141Thank you that works now. The enfold update theme was not showing an update available so I didn’t know there was one. Thank you for the fix.
November 24, 2014 at 9:07 pm in reply to: enfold full width easy slider not showing on any page #357107Gah! I have a meeting with the client in 2 hours and I can’t figure this out. It was fine before! I haven’t changed anything. It seems to just be the full width easy slider but it’s also not showing my google maps or contact form.
Perfect! Thank you!
That only changes the background behind the actual menu items – not across the whole menu bar even where the text isn’t. Is there a way to do this?
I think I finally solved it. Not sure what order of what I did solved it, after a few manual re-updates, turning off and then on various plug-ins we are up and running again. Thank you!
I think it was finally solved after a few hours. I manually installed an earlier version of wordpress and then the new one, as well as manually installing the 2.9.2, turning off and then on all the plugins. Not sure what eventually solved it. I sure hope the next updates are smoother!
I am having the same issue. This is why I HATE updates. There is always a problem in some form. Now I can’t edit my website – all the pages just sit with the “loading” spinner. Please advise. I have deactivated all the plugins- I’m running wordpress 4.0 (which I’ve manually and through the dashboard updated twice) and I have Enfold 2.9.2 installed.
oh perfect, I knew it was something simple i just couldn’t figure out. thank you!
It works fine in Safari (yay!) but in both Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox on a Mac or PC it shows up as pictured below.
