There is no cache plugin that I can see. Is there one that’s part of WordPress that I should see somewhere? We are not developing, the site is live. Right now I can also see it, but it has gone blank twice previously somehow, and I concerned that it will happen again.

Yoast WordPress SEO had an upgrade. After upgrading it, the website displayed the same correct content that displayed in WP control panel. How can an available upgrade damage a website? I didn’t make any changes to the website, it just stopped working because a plugin had an update available???

January 3, 2014 at 4:47 am in reply to: Wrong image showing on website only when I log out of WP admin #204866Additional testing: I rebuilt the page from scratch. When logged out, only some of the work shows on the webpage. As soon as I log in, the webpage refreshes to match the admin view with all the correct data.
Perfect, thanks!
Ah – I didn’t have the latest Enfold. Added API so that won’t reoccur. The above code made the icons larger and positioned them lower which is good – but the lines behind it didn’t change, so now the icons are floating halfway down the line and almost touching the logo below.
Perfect, thanks.

October 30, 2013 at 9:43 pm in reply to: VIdeo URL doesn't work when parameters added after the URL #182602Thanks. 1. The youtube logo/text issue is resolved, as that seems to be all that is offered by YouTube. 2. I’ve sorted out the issue with not showing the recommended videos at the end. The solution is to use “iframe id=”youtube-player”” not “iframe class=” or “=”ytplayer””, in a text box. :)
October 30, 2013 at 8:49 pm in reply to: VIdeo URL doesn't work when parameters added after the URL #182566The logo was hidden, but “youtube” text displays at the top instead. I really need the YouTube to present correctly, with no YouTube logo/text and no recommended videos at the end.

I tried it again now, and now it displays a mini view of the website with a menu drop down – which has nothing to do with the iframe text. ???
October 25, 2013 at 10:34 pm in reply to: VIdeo URL doesn't work when parameters added after the URL #180841I rebuilt the page. :/
Awaiting YT resolution, and back-up plan in case the page dies again during the process.October 25, 2013 at 7:22 pm in reply to: VIdeo URL doesn't work when parameters added after the URL #180775That tool is great, thanks for the link. I pasted the code into the video component, and also into a text box in text view. Neither worked.
And now the content including those items and all the content below has disappeared from the webpage. I’ve restored to previous revisions, but all that webpage content is not reappearing. So, 1- how to resolve YouTube issue?
2- How to restore the web page ASAP?October 25, 2013 at 5:00 pm in reply to: VIdeo URL doesn't work when parameters added after the URL #180742http://youtu.be/videourl
-> this displays the video, but can’t find a way to hide the YouTube logo, nor prevent the random recommendations from displaying at the end.<iframe class=”youtube-player” type=”text/html” width=”640″ height=”385″ src=”http://www.youtube.com/embed/videoID” allowfullscreen frameborder=”0″ rel=”0” modestbranding=”1”>
</iframe>
-> This doesn’t work at all. Only code shows up on the website. Please advise.
October 22, 2013 at 6:58 am in reply to: VIdeo URL doesn't work when parameters added after the URL #178898Thanks, I tried the link you provided and it displayed the video, but the parameters failed – the YouTube logo still showed, and the recommendations still displayed at the end. YouTube code works on other websites, please advise on how to make it work on this WordPress site.
October 22, 2013 at 6:34 am in reply to: VIdeo URL doesn't work when parameters added after the URL #178886By the way, I didn’t intentionally create duplicate posts. Your website showed an error with some code, so I had to retry posting. Then three posts appear – but I didn’t see a way to delete the two duplicates.
Thank you so much! I’ll see if that solves it.
The menu issue has been resolved. Please provide solution ASAP to my 2nd issue: On iPad, portrait view, the website has overlapping of the text in the promo box and the promo box button. The text currently has soft returns entered so that the text didn’t overlap the box in standard desktop view, but it still overlaps in iPad portrait view. How can this overlapping be removed for only iPad portrait, or at least iPad?
Please, it’s been two weeks, I really need a solution for this promo box issue.
Thanks! You can take a look here:

OK. I look forward to the solution.

Thanks!
I still need a solution to my original post please!
