Your WordPress can not write to your .htaccess file.
Go to Settings > Permalink Settings and at the bottom of the page it tells you what to do next. You will need FTP access.

I tested in Edge, Safari, & Chrome and the icons were not in the text, but were very close to the box edge.

Have you tried clearing your cache?
Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field to give a little padding from the box edge.
```
.ipt-uif-custom-material-default .input-field .prefix {  padding-left: 5px;}
```

It looks like your image is 1030×466 & being scaled up to 100%

My solution is to force a max width so the image is not scaled up. Or you could upload larger images. I know you wrote your images are larger, so maybe your WP > Settings > Media > Media Settings >Large size Max Width needs to be adjusted?
Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:
```
#top .portolio-preview-list-image, #top .portolio-preview-list-image img {
    max-width: 1030px  !important;
}
```

The “/themes/deliciousfinefoods/css/app.css” is over riding the default css with “padding 0;” which should be “padding:3px 12px 3px 12px;”
