February 27, 2024 at 4:22 pm in reply to: Lazy loading disabled but images still not loading #1435601
Adding content below the gallery did not change the behavior – the gallery images do not load until the end of the gallery is visible.
This site is extremely minimal regarding plugins – there are no compression or lazy loading plug-ins installed. (Though there’s the possibility something might exist at the server level, but we aren’t experience similar issues on sites with other themes).
We’ve add the CSS to disable the animation completely – thank you for providing that!
Yes, we got it working on our end. Our server team had to add avia-element-paging as a query parameter. Thank you for checking in!
Justin
Thank you! This resolved the issue.

Thank you very much! Great catch.
Thank you for your help. I’ve setup a dev site here with a copy. This is on its own install so feel free to break the internet with it. Just let me know what you find and when I can take it down.
The site is a subsite on a multisite. I could migrate it to a dev standalone, but that would take some work. Let me know if that step is needed and I will get it done.
Here’s the contents of the /nas/content/live/mywtenfold/index.php:
<?php
/**
* Front to the WordPress application. This file doesn’t do anything, but loads
* wp-blog-header.php which does and tells WordPress to load the theme.
*
* @package WordPress
*//**
* Tells WordPress to load the WordPress theme and output it.
*
* @var bool
*/
define( ‘WP_USE_THEMES’, true );/** Loads the WordPress Environment and Template */
require __DIR__ . ‘/wp-blog-header.php’;Correct, we use New Relic and this is where we’re getting the errors from.
Here’s a quick video of the errors we’re seeing:
Thank you for that info, Ismael!
Yes, we are aware of and working on Divi and TEC, but since there were some noticeable Avia calls, too, we wanted to check in with y’all on that. Thanks so much for responding!

May 11, 2023 at 6:21 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1407141We’ve network deactivated Events Calendar Pro for you.
No, we aren’t using a user permissions plugin, but feel free to activate/deactivate anything on the dev site that you need to.

May 8, 2023 at 6:54 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1406782Debug on. FTP credentials below. Please let us know when you’re done so we can delete the account.
May 8, 2023 at 4:02 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1406756All plug-ins on the site and the network have been deactivated (except for The Events Calendar). At some point we may need to network activate some things as we use this multi-site network as a dev for other things, so please move as quickly as possible.
I don’t know if we can give you FTP access – working on that.
May 5, 2023 at 1:25 am in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1406492Is there an update on this? The countdown feature is still not working. Ex. https://apcusa.org/test-of-live-stream-player-page/
Understood, and we know the fix, but we’re curious why every other Enfold site is overriding that underline automatically, and there are two Enfold sites that are not. See https://wt026151413.edownetwork.org (there are links in the footer) and screenshot – https://edownetwork.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Screenshot-2023-05-04-at-2.44.18-PM.png – as an example. We are not overriding the underline on that site with CSS. Enfold’s CSS is overriding it.
(File Compression is already disabled).
April 16, 2023 at 12:06 am in reply to: Gravity Forms “Add Form” not appearing on classic editor when Enfold installed #1404565Yes, that’s the issue we were having. It DOES work with the Classic Editor plug-in activated, but we were advised by y’all to not use the Classic Editor plug-in and to use Enfold’s built-in theme option. When we use Enfold’s option, the button needs to both display and to work.

April 13, 2023 at 5:12 pm in reply to: Gravity Forms “Add Form” not appearing on classic editor when Enfold installed #1404373Neither of these items appear to be fixed in the beta version, which I’ve installed and tested on a dev site. Same issue. When Classic Editor is selected in Enfold’s theme options and a new page or post created, the Add Form button is not there. When using the Avia Layout Builder and a Text block, the Add Form button is there but doesn’t work.
April 13, 2023 at 4:01 pm in reply to: Gravity Forms “Add Form” not appearing on classic editor when Enfold installed #1404362If you could email the beta, that would be great, thank you! Please see private content for email.
Is there any ETA on when the update will pushed out?
April 13, 2023 at 1:20 am in reply to: Gravity Forms “Add Form” not appearing on classic editor when Enfold installed #1404289Will that code also display it in the Classic Editor when Classic Editor is selected as the default editor in the theme options? (We don’t need it to display when the Avia Layout Builder is active).
That also doesn’t address the fact that when clicked in a Text block/element, the Add Form button isn’t working at all. See video – https://vimeo.com/817098930/e554171778. Same issue – this is only when the Classic Editor is selected as the default editor in the Theme Options. When that is set to Block Editor, everything functions as expected.

April 12, 2023 at 9:04 pm in reply to: Gravity Forms “Add Form” not appearing on classic editor when Enfold installed #1404272Is there an ETA on this?
We’ve just discovered that even in the Advanced Layout Editor, in a Text element, though the “Add Form” button appears, when you click on it, nothing happens.
We were advised to use the Classic Editor option in Enfold’s theme options instead of using the Classic Editor plug-in because of other issues that were happening. But now that we’re using it, we can’t add forms.
Thank you for your help!

March 27, 2023 at 9:39 pm in reply to: Gravity Forms “Add Form” not appearing on classic editor when Enfold installed #1402696Correct, using the Classic Editor plug-in, the issue does not occur. Using the Enfold setting (with the Classic Editor plug-in deactivated), the Add Form button does not appear.
March 25, 2023 at 6:29 pm in reply to: Gravity Forms “Add Form” not appearing on classic editor when Enfold installed #1402494You are correct, my apologies.
Here is a new screenshot with Gravity Forms activated – https://devjustin.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Screenshot-2023-03-25-at-12.28.08-PM.png.
The issue occurs when the Classic Editor option is turned on in the Enfold settings. (If we use the Classic Editor plug-in instead, the Forms button appears as expected).

March 17, 2023 at 12:50 am in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1401467I have already – it is running 5.4.1.
March 16, 2023 at 7:19 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1401413Ah, but it still doesn’t work when TEC Pro is activated.
March 16, 2023 at 7:02 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1401412It took me a while to find that version – it wasn’t in the updates. I had to go to ThemeForest and download it directly. But that seemed to do the trick – thank you! https://devjustin.com/the-events-calendar-events-countdown-enfold-element-test/
March 15, 2023 at 10:41 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1401323Thank you for the update!
March 13, 2023 at 5:21 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1401054We have theme and plug-in conflict tested. Note that this is a multi-site, not a standalone site. We’ve been able to reproduce the issue on a separate, dev network.
Dev site test page isn’t displaying countdown – https://devjustin.com/the-events-calendar-events-countdown-enfold-element-test/
Event that should be counting down to – https://devjustin.com/event/another-countdown-test-event/March 8, 2023 at 6:22 pm in reply to: The Events Calendar Events Countdown element block not working #1400495What do you mean by “enable recurring events”? Yes, recurring events exist, but not solely recurring events. The countdown feature isn’t working at all, even when no category is selected.
I can confirm that this is also not working on a dev site – https://devjustin.com/the-events-calendar-events-countdown-enfold-element-test/. I added one, non-recurring event, and the countdown is not displaying.
What do you need to access the site? Is there a particular email you’d like us to use?

This reply has been marked as private.Thank you for your help. I was able to migrate the sub-site to a development server so you can have full access to everything you need.
When I moved it, the error is now different. No console errors, but the visual editor doesn’t load unless I publish the post. Nor can I switch to the Enfold Advance editor without first publishing the post.
This issue gets fixed when I activate the 2023 default theme. But then shows back up when I reactivate Enfold.
All the credentials are in the private area below. Please let me know what else I can do to assist.
Thank you for your message.
I did just try the footer widgets; there is a lot of code. I removed every widget and tried again. but ran into the same error.
I’ve also deactivated plugins. I have not tried switching the theme. How does that work with Enfold? If I switch to 2023 from WP, will the settings save for when I switch it back? Or will the entire settings and layouts need to be rebuilt?
