Actually, I found that it’s still italic in my dashboard. I feel nervous. How can I send the screenshot?
OK so this is the copy of the copy I’ve made when the problem started. I just saved it in case something went wrong (and it did).
The italic problem is gone.
If you compare it with this, the original, you see that the most of the contents in this page was gone from the original.. What disappeared was exactly the area that inexplicably became italic.
Although I cannot see the problem of italic in the copy of the copy now, I am worried that I could lose the contents again if I try to update it. It happened before…. I lost part of, or everything in a post I was working when I updated it. Of course I didn’t delete any of the parts… I just made some edits.
Are you aware of any situations in which “update” can lead to the loss of the contents? What can trigger that? Can I prevent it? Was italic font problem a precursor of a bigger problem? And when it happens, what have been lost will be gone forever, if I forgot to save a backup copy?Thanks!
OK then I lost everything that became italic. Now I am afraid to update my page. I have a copy saved as a private post. let me know when you are ready to take a look at my case.
Just realize this hasn’t resolved yet….can I activate this again?
I gave you temporary admin days ago but I got no response. I had to delete it for now. Are you still working on my case?????
So I tried something else. Please close this case, thank you.
Thank you, the one I am most interested in the size of the content area. I want to make it wider, probably full. But only for the front page. Is it possible? The reason I opened a ticket is because I thought I could only change it using the “general layout” feature, not the “layout options that is on the right hand side of each page design. And I am not savvy enough to writhe CSS codes…
Thank you!January 11, 2018 at 5:36 am in reply to: Disable "Lightbox" in order to prohibit right-click on images #895978Thank you, the issue has been resolved…case closed. If anyone is having the same problem, Envira protection does not seem to work with any lightbox or image link embedded in the theme or plugins. You’d need to delete them manually one by one. It was painstaking.

Sorry for a damn question, I am not a technical person and am so confused. People told me about right click and lighbox but this is the first time I heard it had to do with “image link.”
Do you know how I do it, if that’s what I have to do?January 6, 2018 at 8:20 am in reply to: Disable "Lightbox" in order to prohibit right-click on images #893988Is someone working on my website????

January 4, 2018 at 8:11 pm in reply to: Disable "Lightbox" in order to prohibit right-click on images #893394Hi Victoria, I know.
In the link you sent, the first option to disable the right click is Envira Gallery. I bought that plug-in but it did not work. I contacted Envira. (please read my original message for details)
They say that Envira plug-in is working fine. But it’s the lightbox in the theme that is allowing a new window to open for the image, through which you can double click.
Isn’t it theme-embedded lightbox that is allowing the new window to open when you click on the image?
You can use this post to check.January 4, 2018 at 10:06 am in reply to: Disable "Lightbox" in order to prohibit right-click on images #893175Thank you for your reply! I did it but I can still right-click the image.
//activates the prettyphoto lightbox
$(container).avia_activate_lightbox({callback:’avia_lightbox_callback’});My script did not have {callback:’avia_lightbox_callback’});
so I deleted
//activates the prettyphoto lightbox
$(container).avia_activate_lightboxDoes this matter? What else can I do or am I missing something?
Thank you for your help!
Any updates? Thanks…
What is the status? I think there is something that is fundamentally wrong. I cannot access to my content because the connection keeps getting lost. I am also working with the host, I need to know what’s causing the problem.
what do you mean by modifications in the functions. php? I am not that savvy so I don’t change anything except updating posts. I did “empty all cache” but the weird things don’t go away…..
what’s the latest?
If you didn’t receive my previous message i don’t know how to use “private content” (which I used last time). Please please let me know if you don’t see the info I am sending with this…the weird things are still showing….
this is what I did last time. Can you see it now?
Did receive my info? When do you think you can do it?? thanks….
Rikard, please read Yigit’s reply. It’s what he said. I didn’t say that.
>Please flush cache in W3 Total Cache settings and refresh your page a few times. That should help. If it does not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it.
I am now confused. I have never added this WP Total Cache plugin. I didn’t ask for it. I thought your theme automatically allow this plugin to be installed. (Otherwise how did it sneak into my website?) I am not savvy enough to know what this plugins does, and I have no idea how to flush cache. How do I do ii? Also, Is this a plugin I can just deactivate without messing my website up? Since I keep seeing plugins I don’t remember installing, I have no idea what to do.
Thank you Yigit,,,what is flash cash? This is what I saw as setting options
General | Page Cache | Minify | Opcode Cache | Database Cache | Object Cache | Browser Cache | CDN | Reverse Proxy | Monitoring | Monitoring | Fragment Cache | Miscellaneous | Debug | Import / Export Settings | Compatibility Test
January 25, 2017 at 12:03 am in reply to: Avia layout builder content element post slider item #738015Thank you! No 1 worked.
For No2, it’s not about the image size. They are all trimmed to become the same size.
I am having 2 post sliders side by side, and they are stacked (total 6 in one page). And the title can take 1 line or multiple, depending on how many letters there are. And when, for example, the title of the left slider is 2 lines and the right is also 2 lines, and the next slides are the same for both, the height is fixed. But when they become 1 lines, the height of the sliders shrink….
I hope it makes sense to you….
I guess my question would be, in other words, is there any way to pre-determine the number of lines for a title (or other elements), for example, at 3? ( When a title takes only 1 line, there will be extra space)January 24, 2017 at 6:30 am in reply to: Avia layout builder content element post slider item #737532Hello, is it possible NOT to show category names, dates, and # of comments in post sliders? It gets really noisy.
Also there won’t be ways to “fix” the height of post sliders? I am having a stack of post sliders and they keep moving up and down…..Thank you, I ended up manually (ftp files by files) updating to 3.6.1. and now have a problem logging in.
The pages are working okay under my index page except for slide shows.But log in page is not working.

Do you have any idea where I messed up?It’s not my original font; it’s MS Windows font (like Arial, I guess). So I am guessing I don’t (or I cannot) upload the font. When I was using wordpress.org, I just had to change the style.css and it would work. Thank you!
Thank you. If I have a question on something else, should I create a new topic?
I want to change default font to a Japanese font “Meiryo”.body {
font-family: “Meiryo”;
}but it;s not working. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Okay, I see. So what about the margins between contents when you have multiple in 1 layout element? When the margins between the layout elements are reduced but the margins between the contents within one layer is not, it looks very ugly….Thank you!
