Hello Victoria, I have sent the admin password below.
Thanks
Mike
Thank you for responding Jordan,
Well I could not deactivate the plugins because I could not get to them as the entry is not on the menu.
However I continued to explore why I could not see the plugins menu entry and finally determined that I needed to login with the admin user which is a superuser. I have 2 other users that I created with administrator roles which if I login with do not show the plugins on the menu list and I do not understand why this happens.
I tried to figure out how to create another “admin” user but do not know how to accomplish it. So if someone could explain why I am having this problem I sure would appreciate it.
Thanks
Mike
Hello Rikard,
Thanks for responding again. After sending you the information I continued to look for a solution and found that it was some css code that I did not know was in the code. After removing that things started to work better.
Now I can move forward and see what my next challenge will be.
Again, thanks for your help and responses.
Mike
