In the Enfold Theme there is a part “privacy and Cookies” with a lot off settings. I don’t know how to set what makes website visitors has to accept or not to accept marketing cookies (choice). And a part I keep English language I can’t find the location to translate in another language.
I prefer a short one. Is this possible with the Enfold Theme?Best regards,

When website visiters not accept marketing cookies than not install facebook cookies, or is this not possible with enfold settings?

As I wrote the problems become worse after the update to wordpress 5.7.
Even the insert image button at the same page doesn’t work any more.
You may update to the latest version of wordpress. I give you permission to do all possibilties you think you can solve the problem. Even if it harms my website.I have a good back-up.I really hope you can solve the problem very soon and if you can’t tell me, so I can buy another theme.

I have paid another person to try to solve my video play problem. To avoid you both are working at the same time I changed the pasword. I didn’t know when the other person has time to solve my video problem, he finished. He told the Enfold theme can’t work with the plug-in Learnpress.
I have still the video play problem. :-( And my course attendees are starting impatient and like to start. And 1 am losing customers (is money).
I am strugling with this since December 2020Would you try again please?

Just updated to the latest version of Enfold theme. After this my website is not working anymore. (I used my back-up to solve this problem)
When it was possible to solve the footer problem and video problem.

I was hoping the theme update will solve the problems but it wasn’t.
See private content. I wrote also an explanation at the webpage about the problems for you.Maybe this is important too. I have had also a slider problem. When I made a copy of the slider, give a new name, and changed the layer text in the back-end. The text I changed in the slider was not vissible in the front-end. Nothing was changed in the front-end. I had to make 3 the same sliders with only onther text. Without possibility to copy the full slider and make only text changes in another language.

The footer and video problem is in the course page for students. Not the page you mean.
You can only see this page when you folow the steps I wrote in the private data, because it is in a course.yes :-) I used the purchase code from Enfold I shall try to folow up the steps from the link you have send me. Not easy :-)

My mistake I put a back-up back from weeks earlier to check if my video problem was gone. But it wasn’t. I have not an older back-up from the time the videos works. I forgot after this your log-in was gone too. Sorry!
And I have now a video play problem too. :-( I wrote the cexplanation text for you at the page with the footer problem and video problem.
Maybe you will take a look to both problems.

I have deleted the enfold folder via FTP and opload again via FTP it didnt solve the problem. It was strange I get a few messages if I will overrule an existed file but I deleted the full Enfold folder!!!
Tried 3 times via FTP removed the full enfold folder. Website still not working.
Removed again and I installed enfold via wordpress dashboard.
It works! The website is working!

I can’t update wordpress to the latest version, I have a plug in (bought in the past) that will not work with the newest version at this moment.
I only need to fix the slider problem. My other website works fine. The website without the slider problem is older.
The newest website has the problem.I hope you can help,
