Hi,
I figured out the problem and wanted to post in case anyone else is having this issue. Apparently Firefox doesn’t like the % as a padding. When I changed the padding to pixels instead of percentage it looks normal in Firefox.Hi Victoria,
Basically, I just want to make sure the text doesn’t hit or overflow the edges of the boxes. Like this: https://snag.gy/xX9TJm.jpg
I started using the js composer because I needed 3 columns and the built in page editor couldn’t achieve this. My client since switched to 4 columns in that section but I had already built all of the pages based on the js composer so it was too late to switch back.
If you think I need to contact support of visual composer instead just let me know and I’ll try that.
thanksOk, thank you for the clarification. Do you know anything I can try that might fix this?
thanks
Hi Basilis,

Thank you! That worked when I added it into the Additional CSS area in the Customizing theme options.
Previously I tried to add it into the Editor/ style.css file. When I put it there it didn’t work. Do you know why?

I have a few more unrelated questions, should I ask you here or start a new thread?Hi, just wanted to check in and see if you found anything for this issue. I really want to go live with the website soon but have some of these pesky issues to solve.
thank youThis screenshot is from an iphone. It is recognizing the phone number as a phone # link and turning it blue. It is also doing this on one of the browsers on a pc (internet explorer I believe).
thanks,
MeercatzHi Jordan,
It is already 680×312 px which I believe is already 2x as big as it needs to be. Let me know if this is correct.
thanks,
