Thank you, I am not sure if I will ever find out if it worked because the client got tired of waiting and just switched to chrome LOL.
I was never able to recreate the problem she was having on her browser from any computer at our office so it could have been just a setting on her computer. We may never know. Awesome! I disabled the plugin and put the tracking code in the Enfold Child > Google Services > Google Analytics Tracking Code area. Problem solved!
It was the plugin GA Google Analytics. I assume this plugin is not needed since there is a built in place to put the code in the theme?

Same issue. Video background broke after update to 4.2
