I used your code but it didn’t work, so I changed it a little.

.sub-menu li a .avia-menu-text, #footer .widgettitle {
font-family: ‘Amatic SC’ !important;
font-size: 30px!important;
text-transform: uppercase;
font-weight: 400!important;
color: #000000;
}

And this is working very well.
