It turned out to be a very weird glitch. There was a single link to a page that had been configured incorrectly and it caused every page containing the link to not work after I saved it.

I’m sorry if that seems vague.

I stumbled upon the fix when I unknowingly deleted the section that contained the link and it was fixed. I then rolled back the page to a previous version was able to isolate the link and the went to the corresponding page and configured it correctly.
