Hi – we have been able to make the following changes to the memory settings:

define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);
define(‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’);

and in php.ini we have been able to change:

post_max_size = 120M
upload_max_filesize = 120M

However, we are unable to change the overall memory_limit from 99M. We are hosting with Media Temple (indeed, we host over a dozen wordpress sites, all running Enfold on the same account – and they don’t have any problems) and they said:

“The wp-config changes the software’s memory (the application wordpress). Our grid server has php limits (we do have a 99M limit which is not alterable as it is server wide on the shared system , but the PHP upload limits will help loosen any restrictions you are encountering from the server.”

So, we believe that the wp-config changes we have made should indeed be taking effect, even though the memory_limit in php.ini is set at 99M.

All that being done, we’re still unable to save changes to our home page. Were you able to login and take a look?

Oh god. You’re totally right. We see it, edited it and can now save it. We feel so dumb. Lets close this support request now. Thanks

We changed the settings as recommended and still are experiencing difficulties. Can you suggest anything else? From my team-member…

“Unfortunately the Oil & Gas website is still having issues. I worked on it yesterday after-hours and things seemed to be working fine. I had to step away for a bit so I saved everything and when I logged back on to continue working, probably the second or third change I made, after I hit the “Update” button, it again reverted back to the header image and the rest of my work had disappeared. :’(

Please advise.
