Thank you! Will work on this. Appreciate your help. I have several fonts to upload.
Thank you @guenni007. I was able to get all my fonts loaded and successfully convert them and see the css file. The @font-face generator changed all the font file names to random numbers and letters – example: 4ab16c3952a6f71bb538afe303ac6379.woff2
It’s showing as this in the CSS file, which I assume is fine. When I upload to Enfold Custom Font Manager it changes to Font Name: MACOSX (font-family: macosx) normal: 400. Is this just how it works with the @font-face generator? Or do I need to rename them all (files and in the CSS file)? Thanks again, appreciate your help.Thank you Ismael and Guenni007. I will give this a try.
Thank you. I have removed all the incompatible fonts and uploaded the Google Fonts. However, they are not working. The site seems to be cached with the old (incompatible) fonts. Also I changed the socket but and saved, it shows updated in the general settings but not on the homepage. I have cleared cache, tried on multiple browsers (clean and incognito) but it’s still showing the old fonts and socket layout.
Thank you Ismael. I will add the fonts to the flies and create the @font-face CSS. Is there documentation on custom CSS to have a different font on hover in the main menu. Example: A serif font changes to script on hover. I figured out the css to do it in a code block on page but not for the main menu. Thank you.
Thanks Rikard. The host’s privacy mode is now off. You should be able to access the site and the wp login.
The site log in is included below, as well as the WP credentials. Thank you.
Thank you! I will try it.
Thanks Rikard,
Very strange, it was rendering the default all weekend, but looks good now. Thanks! You may close this ticket. Thanks Rikard.
When I select “display footer and socket” I’m seeing the default options, not what we’ve created for the 4 footer columns. And I tried to at least hide the default footer columns by selecting only socket but that still displays the default footer column.
Thank you Nikko,
It seems to be working with the updated version of Enfold. Thank you.Hi Rikard,
Thank you!
I changed the tab element to accordion and that is working. However, we now have an error message when trying to edit this particular page. Please see below. I’ve include credentials in the private section:

Thanks Nikko,
I will give that a shot.Hi Nikko, credential link is pasted below. Thanks for your help.
Thank you. I’ve added the plugin and that email. Page in question with the tab element is below. We are trying some different elements to show a lot of content and believe the tab is best. Please scroll toward bottom of page to see where we’ve placed the tabs.
Strange. I did not add that code.
Thanks Ismael. I’ve added the link to the screen shots. Using Avia Layout Builder, only the bottom half of the page content shows up when you view the page. The remaining elements are showing up only in the editor: Title and two text blocks set in a color section. Login credentials are included below as well.
I’ve fixed the issue, thank you. You may close this ticket.
Thank you. I’ve fixed this. Is there a way to add a gap in the portfolio grid element? Similar to the photo grid element where we may select spacing between images.
I was able to reactive the billing account. Thank you! You may close this thread.
Thanks Nikko,
API credentials are below. They are still not working, I’ve updated WordPress and Enfold to the latest versions. Payment method is attached as well so not sure the issue.

Thank you. I’ve reset the password.
Hi Nikko
Thanks for the response. There are no restrictions set for the application or api. Thanks Yigit,
The issues seems to be with WooCommerce so by deactivating those plugins I cannot access the store to test issues. I will attempt to deactivate the add-ons we’re using for variable projects and custom out of stock orders to see how that works.
If there are other suggestions please submit. Thank you! Thanks Rikard,
It’s not working on my end. Mobile menu navigation is all defaulting to home page, not to selected page. I’ve tried an incognito browser and a couple of different phones.I was referring to the gallery section on the cases page. Link below. THANK YOU!
Thank you Ismael, the element is now working! Last question, more of a formatting issue. When I click a subnavigation link to a tab element on a different page it jumps to the very bottom of the element. Is there a way to land at the top of the tab element, so correct tab is open and other tabs are visible?
Thank you. Info is below
Great. Thank you! I will purge cache and refresh.
I received the following error when placing in the functions.php file
Your PHP code changes were rolled back due to an error on line 49 of file wp-content/themes/enfold-child/functions.php. Please fix and try saving again.
