After using the Enfold theme for several years now on our own website, I just spent a good bit of time refreshing and updating the website. Still more tweaks and work to do. I mean really… is a good website ever finished?
Did a good bit of performance tweaks server side as well and am pretty happy with the results in performance as well. Enfold is the go-to theme we recommend purchasing to all of our clients on WordPress and WooCommerce. Quality code, nimble and flexible not to mention amazing world class support!
My recently updated website: Georgia Web Development
Thanks. Yes, in the past when the issue popped up I’d flush the cache and it would resolve the issue. I did this without updating code and it would clear the issue only to have it reappear eventually. Thanks so much for your support and help!
Yigit you are the man! Yes sir… all seems well now. If it’s a caching issue (which it may be it sounds like). Is there a CSS rule we need introduce to insure the caching continues to work? Or do you think it’s fixed? Thanks so much for your quick support and the fix!
Yes, desktop logo is uploaded. Access posted in Private Content.
Such an amazing theme and the very best theme support team I’ve ever worked with! My latest Enfold project for a local high school football team. Colquitt County Packer High School Football Website

It’s implemented on my live site now
https://gawebdev.com/ and I’m happy with the balance it’s brought to the header when viewing on screen sizes above 1024. Was the larger screens on desktop view which the prior emptiness on the left of logo was most apparent.A little loss of “center” on scroll down with sticky header activated but I can live with that. Again thank you and everyone else at Enfold for making and supporting what I consider to be the very best wp theme available on the market today. Good stuff as always!
May 25, 2017 at 9:47 pm in reply to: Filling Empty Space Left of Logo When Using Logo Centered Header #799831Working on a cloned dev version. Let me generate you a link in private reply to view to the staging site version.
May 25, 2017 at 9:33 pm in reply to: Filling Empty Space Left of Logo When Using Logo Centered Header #799822So… that’s pretty simple stuff. Thanks. While the obvious css for centered widget is
#header .widget {
left: 50%;
padding-top: 0;
position: absolute;
top: 0;
transform: translate(-50%);
z-index: 999;
}
I’m looking to replicate the same positioning (albeit left side of logo) as the social widget has on the right. The current css for social widget seems to be
.social_bookmarks {
position: absolute;
top: 50%;
margin-top: -15px;
right: 0;
}#top .social_bookmarks {
height: 30px;
z-index: 150;
-webkit-backface-visibility: hidden;
margin: 0 0 0 -9px;
}Can you save me some pain for several trial and error adjustments and maybe get me in the same ballpark (position wise) on the left side as social widget now is on the right? Thanks!

May 25, 2017 at 9:06 pm in reply to: Filling Empty Space Left of Logo When Using Logo Centered Header #799799Awesome @Yigit will give it a shot and report back. Thanks so much for the quick response and solution.
Will do. Thanks Yigit! :-)
Lots of great enfold themed sites in this thread. Finally got a little time to begin some new updates to our own site running Enfold Here:
Georgia Web DevelopmentStill some refining to do and I know this isn’t the support thread but… ha ha. I am open to a suggestion or two about how to creatively fill the spacing to the left side of the logo which is set obviously to display center. It seems I recall seeing a thread somewhere that alluded to introducing a custom widget to this space (left of logo). I’d obviously want it hidden on mobile but for the larger view-ports I’d love to put something there. Maybe a few fancy icons (white) to match the ones to the right of the logo.
I’m happy with the large logo look utilizing a “big header”… that was my intent. Just looking to bring some balance and symmetry to the empty space to the left on larger Viewports (primarily desktop views). Awesome theme, amazing support, and a beautiful community of Enfold users!
I can not express just how awesome the Enfold theme and the support staff here are! Just… WOW. Have worked with scores of WP themes and frameworks over the years and none hold a candle to what you guys are doing here. Please don’t stop… keep the awesome coming. February 10, 2015 at 8:33 pm in reply to: Full Section Background With Images Loading Issue In Chrome #393947Thank you sir! Much appreciated. Seems to have cleared it up Ismael. I think we put that in there to resolve mobile menu issue showing on right side of page or something. I assume that’s resolved in this latest update? Thanks again!

February 4, 2015 at 10:09 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Checkout Summary & Payment Options Error After Enfold Update 3.0.8 #390955Thanks for responding Elliot. Yes, I followed the standard debugging protocol deactivating plugins, theme switch etc. to no avail. It seems WP Engine’s Object Caching had issues with the latest version/combination of Enfold, WooCommerce, & WP. If anyone else experiences the same issue and is hosting on WP Engine it’s “Object Caching” on their end that causes the issue. Thanks again Elliot.
February 3, 2015 at 10:10 pm in reply to: WooCommerce Checkout Summary & Payment Options Error After Enfold Update 3.0.8 #390408This issue may very well be linked to WP installs hosted on the WP Engine. Standing by as issue be resolved but will leave thread intact and post details of resolution for future reference.
Resolved. I think I had to give the cdn time to flush. Thanks Josue & Ismael!
January 27, 2015 at 3:04 pm in reply to: Enfold 3.0.7 Image Loading Issues On Home Page via Chrome #386252Resolved. I think I had to give the cdn time to flush. Thanks Josue!
Am experiencing the same issues reported here. Particularly on the home page images when scrolling. I have updated to 3.0.7 and cleared all caches (including my own browser cache). Issue seems to be only via chrome. Ideas? http://gawebdev.com/

September 18, 2014 at 11:26 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder Broken In WP 4.0 Theme Version 2.9.2 #321565Yes sir. Even on a Development server w/clean WP 4.0, theme version 2.9.2, & no plugins activated. I’m close to debugging it (something I feel the developer should do) but I’ll post the fix when I get it as there are multiple references to this same issue all over the forums. Too many with the exact same issue for the problem to be external from the theme its self. Thanks.
September 18, 2014 at 10:22 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder Broken In WP 4.0 Theme Version 2.9.2 #321525Updates? I see this issue all over the support forums yet no direct response to it. Can we please consolidate the threads or at least get some direct response? All I’m seeing are standard responses from moderators that “seem” more interested in pushing the issue back on the user.
In my case it is your theme and an incompatibility with WP 4.0. How long will this apparent “bug” be side-stepped before Kriesi owns it?
Great theme but it is very disappointing how it “appears” you guys are sidestepping this issue that dozens of us are experiencing.
September 16, 2014 at 8:26 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder Broken In WP 4.0 Theme Version 2.9.2 #319650I see two offers for wp admin access. Hopefully that is enough. The client’s site I updated and am having the issue with is a very high volume eCommerce site and for security purposes I would not be able to offer wp admin. If it were my own site, absolutely. No problem.
I have yet to roll the update to my own Enfold site as 5+ years of web development and WP experience have taught me otherwise. I’ll wait until you guys own the issue and resolve it if it’s yours. It could be a WP 4 thing as well but have not seen the reference to this over in wp forums. Thanks for looking into it.
Very nice work here guys. @riavon I really admire what you’ve got going on there. Very nice! I have not even had the time to incorporate my work into the theme’s portfolio features but I love how you have utilized it.
I’m almost a bit bashful to post up my site as there’s still so much work to be done. I just recently migrated my site to enfold from another theme and framework I used for years. Anyone who does so knows that it’s always more work than what we innocently assume is entailed in a themeing switch. Throw in some client projects and well….
I have been fortunate to be too busy with clients the past few months to finish up the styling on mine like I want it. I guess that’s a good thing though right? This theme has so much flexibility and I love that. Definitely looking forward to fully utilizing what it has to offer.
Cheers!

September 14, 2014 at 10:34 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder Broken In WP 4.0 Theme Version 2.9.2 #318921Houston. We have a problem. OK I did do what I said I would not do and even went in and FTP’d a brand new download of 2.9.2 directly to the server. Issue still persists. Infinite spinning loader when attempting to edit a page. Also as mentioned elsewhere something funky is going on with the ENFOLD theme settings display. Can no longer access from left dashboard ENFOLD Link and see all the theme settings. I now have to access theme settings from top WP admin bar to even get all settings for ENFOLD to display.
Awesome theme but I would have hoped something like this would have been resolved much sooner as 4.0 has been out for some time now. I’m still cheering for you guys though as it’s an awesome theme. Hope your team can address the issue and get it resolved. Thanks!
