Hello,
Same issue for me for users not admin…

enfold version 4.8.9.1
Wordpress : 5.9

I note that if i save as a draft then it works after as expected :-)

The problem is still there….

Even with the latest update version 4.9.0.3. It’s strange as the release log said :
