Thanks for reporting this @morecoffee. We’ll investigate this.
Have you installed the correct plugin for Magic Zoom? There are 2 plugins – one is for WordPress, the other is for WooCommerce. You should install the Magic Zoom for WooCommerce plugin, downloaded from this page:
https://www.magictoolbox.com/magiczoom/modules/woocommerce
If it doesn’t work immediately after activation, there’s probably something non-standard about your theme. The Magic Toolbox support team can usually resolve this within a few minutes. Please send the URL of your page and a WordPress login to the secure form at:
https://www.magictoolbox.com/contact/
Thanks!

Normally, lightbox images cannot be zoomed.
Can you add the URL of your page for further investigation please?
You could install another plugin such as Magic Zoom Plus which can zoom into lightbox images. Try these examples:
https://www.magictoolbox.com/magiczoomplus/examples/
Click the image to enlarge, then click again to zoom to 100%.
If you don’t want the zoom on hover feature, it can be disabled. Magic Zoom Plus can be downloaded as a plugin for WordPress, Woocommerce, WP Ecommerce & Jigoshop.

Magic Toolbox@Yigit Most of the code that may be needed for Magic 360 is here:
Hi Omar,
The gallery on this page https://www.magictoolbox.com/magic360/examples/ was implemented using some extra CSS/HTML/jQuery code. The same can be done on your website. We can assist you with that.
Enfold Gallery support images only – to insert Magic 360 in the gallery will require some manual coding. Please drop us a message at https://www.magictoolbox.com/contact/ and we’ll help you out.
Thanks!

Magic ToolboxThanks Ismael!
With our plugins, there’s a choice. If you only want to zoom images on hover, then choose Magic Zoom. If you also want full-screen zoom (on click), then choose Magic Zoom Plus.
For quick reference, the choice of plugins is:
- Magic Zoom for WordPress (zoom only)
- Magic Zoom Plus for WordPress (zoom + enlarge)
- Magic Zoom for WooCommerce (zoom only)
- Magic Zoom Plus for WooCommerce (zoom & enlarge)
- Magic Zoom for Jigshop (zoom only)
- Magic Zoom Plus for Jigshop (zoom & enlarge)
- Magic Zoom for WP E-Commerce (zoom only)
- Magic Zoom Plus for WP E-Commerce (zoom & enlarge)
They all work with Enfold. They all have free support and a free unlimited trial.
