Hi Rikard,
You can close this topic as one of the theme updates has fixed the problem.
Thanks for your assistance!
MaaikeYou can close this topic Jordan. Thank you :-)
Great!!
I guess you have done some magic as Mailchimp didn’t experience errors when I did my investigation.
Thank you Mike!
This looks like a great plugin!!
Thank you Shannon :-)
Hi Rikard,
I have tried (and flushed the browser) but no luck unfortunately :-( (see screenshot below)
Strange thing, it does work in the popup from mailmunch.
What might be wrong?
Maaike
Thanks Jordan, you can close this topic :-)
What a briljant idea!!
Thanks Victoria, I think this will work perfectly 🙏

April 18, 2020 at 4:09 pm in reply to: Cookie settings: deactivate plugins and scripts until consents are given #1204977Hi Ismael,
I have been talking to the plugin developers and I think it is all set now.
Don’t know why you couldn’t access the page. I have created it with the advanced editor.
Thanks for your effort.
Have a great weekend.
April 6, 2020 at 3:59 pm in reply to: Cookie settings: deactivate plugins and scripts until consents are given #1201264Thanks for that suggestion.
I have made a testpage (see comments for the link) to see if it makes a difference. Unfortunately it doesn’t. It does prevent the video from loading right away, but the cookie gets placed anyway :-(
April 2, 2020 at 5:09 pm in reply to: Cookie settings: deactivate plugins and scripts until consents are given #1200228Hi Ismael,
I have now purchased a cookie plugin which works great!
( https://codecanyon.net/item/weepie-cookie-allow-easy-complete-cookie-consent-plugin/10342528?)Although youtube video is only considered to be blocked when the link is put directly into a text element. When it’s put in aan video element, the plugin allows the cookie to be placed.
You’ll probably tell me it’s a plugin thing, so I’ll ask them first about this issue.
Tx!

Thank you for your repsonse!
The twitter connection keeps existing.
Is it possible to disable that one too?
February 7, 2020 at 4:49 pm in reply to: Social Icons not displaying in Widget area after fix #1182348Same window is not really what I’d like for the icons and the current version hasn’t solved it in my sites … :-(
Did it solve the problem in yours?
February 7, 2020 at 11:33 am in reply to: Social Icons not displaying in Widget area after fix #1182274Hi,
Thanks for this thread @Thinkjarvis. I have the same issue on several websites in the footerarea.
@Yigit, is there a simple workaround already? Or when can we expect a fix for this?Hope to hear from you!
Have a nice day 😃
Let’s shake hands ;-)
You can close the topic 😃
Ismael, you are the greatest!!
Feel like an idiot though ;-)
Thank you very much!
Unfortunately, that also doesn’t make any difference :-(
Hi Victoria,
Is this something you can help me with? I have a deadline and it is coming close…
Hope to hear from you!
Maaike
Hi Victoria,
I have deactivated Wordfence ánd all other plugin, but the problem keeps existing :-(
It’s a fresh wp install on a fresh webhosting-account in Siteground….
Hi Rikard,
Unfortunately uploading a fresh theme via ftp doesn’t make any difference.
Can you look into it again please?
Maaike
Hi Rikard,
The parent theme does the same :-(
Deleting the themes and re-installing them the WordPress dashboard unfortunately doesn’t do the trick.
I will look up the ftp details and try to upload it again. Don’t see how that would be different from what I have already tried though.
Fingers crossed!
Maaike
Sure!
Thanks in advance for you effort :-)
Thanks Mike!
You are the B E S T !
Thanks very much for helping me out here :-)
(you can close this thread :-))
Best regards,
MaaikeTotally agree (and will absolutely do that next time!)
You can close this thread :-)
Thanks,
MaaikeHi!
I don’t know if I understand it correctly… Sorry!
I have now added the same image (also 200x200px) in the testimonial-text and it appears much better. Do you see the difference too?
Do you see where I can fix it?
Maaike

July 3, 2018 at 4:14 pm in reply to: Admin notice for: Icon This element was disabled in your theme settings. #980625Hi Rikard,
I don’t know what magic you performed… I haven’t made any adjustments in that section, but the icons are showing now :-)
Thanks!
Maaike
Hi Rikard,
Unfortunately I have to ask you again about this element.
It looks like the element reduces the quality of the image (maybe because it resizes it twice – first smaller, than bigger)?
Can you see what I mean? And can you help me fix it?
Hope to hear from you :-)
Best regards,
MaaikeIt works here also :-)
Thanks.
And I guess they do. It is hostnet.nl (a big webhost in the netherlands which often gives me trouble, but switching isn’t in my ‘department’ in this case…)
