I’m not with you. What ARE you referring to? Are you sure you are answering the right thread?
1) I copied the google tag code on every other site I use with enfold theme and have no problem. This is the code that the instrutions on the side of the input box state:” Either enter your Google tracking id (UA-XXXXX-X) or your full Google Analytics tracking Code here.”
But I have since worked it out that BECAUSE I have the Google Site Kit installed, there is no requirement to add any code here.
2) I just wanted to give you guys a heads up that your theme is not compatible with the Google Site Kit and you should incorporate some sort of message that states you don’t need to enter the code if you have that installed.
3) A bug seemed to appear after I removed the code where icons mysteriously appeared in the Special Headings. Again, just thought you should know.
But to be frank, I’m not sure we are referring to the same issue!

Sorry, I’ll be patient from now on.
OK. What I was putting in was precisely cut and pasted from Google Analytics tracking code. I provide below the script in the private content area.
Previously there had been an additional script supplied by the client that was inserted after this standard tag. I thought perhaps it was that that was the problem, but after a few tests I found it was any code that was entered into this box.
Around the time this script was inserted a new plugin “Google Site Kit” was installed. Could this be causing the errors perhaps? Perhaps it is not necessary to insert any code in the enfold theme settings and this could be causing the conflict.
I would like to flag, since removing it I’ve come across icons appearing in the Special Headings modules on all pages. They do not display at the front end, just appear in the admin edit page area and as soon as I open and close the module it disappears. I just thought it was odd and you should know.
Okay. I have found what the conflict was. the Google Analytics tag in the theme settings is causing the theme settings to fail to save. What do I do?
Basically I remove the tag code and then the theme settings save no problem. I put it back in [Google Services] and the theme settings don’t save.
Looking forward to help. As no-one has responded to this for a while I may have to open a new ticket.
Still no luck. Why would it work on one multi-site and not the other? There are two sites on this multi-site set up and the other site has no issue at all.

I’m not sure if this could of been a mistake. Would it break the enfold theme settings in such a way? Is there a way of removing this code temporarily to debug it?

Sorry for delayed response, we have been trying everything to rectify site. But nothing works. We don’t get a 403, we get a 0 displayed when we hit that page. Now I cannot load the Advanced layout builder (Avia layout builder) modules when I try and edit any pages. There is just a spinning wheel.
I’ve reached out to the hosts and they say all systems ok and working normally. We have also cleared cache on Cloudflare and still the problem persists.
Can you think of ANYTHING else it could be before I rebuild the site from the ground up? (Weep).
Thanks for this. I now understand why there is this image duplication and the functionality limitations.
I do need the thumbnails there and so after reading your response I realised I can just add a CSS hack and display:none the arrow buttons either side so the user just can’t scroll, and therefore, wont see the error. Targeted just on this area using a class.So in a way you triggered the answer! … and thank you very much indeed for your time and assistance. You must be deluged!
I know you guys must be busy, but I’ve been waiting for a week now for a solution to this… my client is waiting to publish page due to this fault. Can you please let me know? Meanwhile I will try and replicate the issue on another enfold site to make sure it’s not local.

Upon testing the page again, still same issue.

Thank you for pointing this out. I had been scratching my head, but this has highlighted a possible issue.I had instructed my client (who’s entered all the bios) to add a separate text block, but she overruled me and inserted the shortcode into the team member module as a class. I’m just gonna check with her now just how she did this as just the class on it’s own wouldn’t of worked anyhow.
Meanwhile I will try and rectify this by
1) adding a Text Block module below the Team module,
2) inserting generated Popup shortcode and attach it to the link BIOHowever, I notice the icon for the Popup builder is also missing. Major disruption to that plugin and I am doubtful this will work anyhow, but you have raised a valid point and I might be able to solve this from now on. Will update in a few hours.
Also, no answer to my other question. This is not achievable with using just Enfold, right?

I would also like the beta version as my Popup Builder has broken and I think it’s something to do with this toggle issue (which by the way I 100% agree with Günter, so time-consumingly annoying). Can I try it out and see?? I’ll create a new thread for my issues meanwhile….

Sorry for delay, but I can see you have not logged in and have been redirected to the old site. I’m working on the meos19.com website, not meos17.com. YOu can only view this if you are logged in, hence the login credentials.The issue I have is the header is not staying within the bounds of the 1310px setting in the stretched layout dimensions setting. This happened BEFORE I installed Ubermenu.
I provide screenshots below. Be warned though I am working on the site so it is constantly in flux, although this I hope will give you the basic outline of the problem/bug I seem to have got.

I want to take this opportunity and thank you for such brilliance with this theme, the exemplary support and documentation and also continued improvements and enhancements. It just gets better and better. You are truly my hero when it comes to themes. I use Enfold on all my sites (I have about 30) and feel it’s like an extension of WordPress.
