I went through the guide, most of the settings are already done in the backend.
It looks like now that there are many issues especially on the homepage, other pages load quite normal like http://www.energierostlin.cz/obchodthanks,

since the problem is solved with the token yes, it is speed. –> actually the token problem was because we wanted to update the theme because of speed issues.So here we go, I switched the theme to the standard WP twenty nineteen theme. You can see all the speedtests attached in the PDFs. 2 with Enfold (Desktop/Mobile) and 2 with 20 19 (Desktop/Mobile). I used the tool you mentioned and used the server in Berlin. As you can see the overall performance is always better with the WP 20 19 theme. It looks like there are similar issues like those who were mentioned by others in the link I posted above.

ps. I think this type of support isn’t very efficient (ping / pong once per day). Is is possible to get quicker support, skype support, teamviewer, etc?

we see now that the website loads normal on desktop. But it’s still very very slow on mobiles, maybe you know why this happens.

Anyway, I created a new token (exactly like described in the doc and also how it was done the first time) and now it worked and I could update the theme.
the website is still not performing how it should and is slow although we are not talking about a big website. there are only a few plugins installed, 200 pictures, etc. so it must be much quicker, actually as it was a few weeks before… would be great if you could check if there needs to be done anything from our side that is maybe also related to the theme.

the gateway is now disabled for a few hours so you should be able to login without any user/pw popup to access wordpress and anything else.
If you need the htaccess file or anything else let me know.
Anyway I tried to update the Enfold theme to the latest version but I still get an error message, at least the token authentification did work.
When I click “update theme” in the Enfold “Theme Update” section I get the followin error message:The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

i followed exactly that documentation (that you sent) – and tried twice, the token does not work and in the troubleshooting area of the documetnation it says:

Create a new token and try again. (did that – did not work)
Install the Envato market plugin and set up your token key to get new theme updates. (did that – did not work)
If you still have an issue please open a support ticket. (<– i could not find a way to write a ticket so i wrote to this forum)thanks
