Thanks Basilis, but there is no header.php file in my child theme. I checked via FTP. I found some CSS in the child theme’s style.css file that I removed and it’s now working though.

The video is there, but I have set it to only be played on the site it’s embedded on.

I have also tried making the video public, but it didn’t change the problem. There was still no placeholder.
I’ve just changed the setting so that the thumbnail is the whole image instead of a square. My client will likely be happy with that.

I tries making the changes in the link provided her, but it broke the site and gave me PHP errors. Does the solution still work with the current version of the theme?

A bulk import option would really have helped, but it’s done now :)Thanks for your response.

Thanks for your reply. I am displaying a restaurants menu so that’s what I am referring to when I say menu :)
I have tried using the collapse-o-matic plugin, but I can’t see a way to wrap the catalogue element in the tags required for the plugin to work. Maybe you can point me to the appropriate PHP file to edit for the Catalogue layout element to try to wrap it in the tags that way?
