Hello Ismael,

I have the SMTP settings, but I don’t understand why I have to this.
Many of clients use Enfold as their theme and this is the first time I encounter problems.

So why do I have this problem on this website and not any other e.g. younicornbranding.com?

Hello Victoria,

Admin access is given.
I have tried e-mails related on a domain (e.g. (Email address hidden if logged out) , (Email address hidden if logged out) ) and “normal” ones like (Email address hidden if logged out) and (Email address hidden if logged out) .

Thanks geunni007. I have followed all the steps, but the font still doesn’t show up in the fonts.
Probably I do something wrong, but I have no clue what. Therefore I have added the login details.
Can you have a look please?
