Hi Mike,
Can you give me a status update? Is my issue still being investigated?
I see some plugins were deactivated.
Have you managed to make any progress on this issue?Hi,
Yes, you can deactivate all the plugins.
Thank you.Hi,
Could you please reply? I’ve paid to have access to support and I am entitled to this within a reasonable time frame. I’m dealing with an increasingly frustrated client and would like to resolve this issue. Please give me a status update on this issue as soon as possible.
Thank you.Hi,
Do you have an update on this?
My client is getting impatient and i’ve put quite a lot of hours into this already but am unable to resolve this issue myself.Thank you in advance.
I’ve included the FTP login.
For some reason I can’t update. It says I’m using the latest version even though I do have a valid license. See private content.
Thank you for your reply.
Deactivating the plugin does not show the sidebar in my case.
I’ve created a WP user for you to use. See private content.- This reply was modified 4 years, 6 months ago by lennartvdb. Reason: Added login url
December 24, 2019 at 12:06 pm in reply to: Adding 'playsinline' to the background video tag #1168917Thanks for the reply.
I can’t quite figure what to edit though.Chrome and Safari are showing controls for background videos.
Is there a way to hide this or will this be implemented in a future release?section.php seems to be referencing an av_slideshow shortcode.
Where is the video element actually being created?By the way, the reason im trying to add playsinline is to stop the video controls from showing up in Safari.
Video controls are also briefly showing up in Chrome.
Line 1104 of section.php says: ‘video_controls’ => ‘disabled’,
Controls is a boolean so shouldn’t this say ‘false’?Thanks.
I suspect adding ‘playsinline’ to the video tag will fix this. Can I edit some PHP file to make this work?
