    Hi Ismael,

Thank you so much! The code seems to work perfectly.

    Best regards,
    Alisa

With the default theme, there’s a similar element from the plugin that I can use. Are you saying there’s no solution from Enfold available for our problem?

    Hi Ismael,

Unfortunately, we’re currently using the free version of the plugin, so shortcodes aren’t available to us:

Currently, we’re using the “upcoming events” element under the “plugin additions” tab. This works perfectly with a default theme, but we’re experiencing issues when using it with the Enfold theme.

I found as wenn this thread. Maybe it helps:

Default Template Settings Missing from Event Calendar Pro

Could you help us with this problem?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

    Best regards,
    Alisa

    Hi Rikard,

I was able to resolve the issue myself meanwhile, it was 3rd party plugin that caused it! Thank you anyway for your reply!

    Hi Rikard,

I installed Enfold 4.8.1, but we still have the problem of the animations not starting. Please see the attached screenshot.
Could you please have another look? Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Sean

    Hi Rikard,

Yes we still have problems. Could you please try loading the page several (3 to 4) times? The animations work sometimes, but mostly don’t.
I’ll install the Enfold (and LayerSlider) update this evening and test the page again after that.

    Thank you and best regards,
    Sean

    Hi Rikard,

we deleted the separate mobile slider on the homepage, so that the animations work both on desktop and on mobile.
We created a new test page (link below). Could you please have a look what LayerSlider settings might be wrong?

    Thank you and best regards,
    Sean

    Hi Rikard,

we did some more tests today. So you might have looked as it worked for a short time.
We found out that the problem results from our second smartphone LayerSlider banner, but I couldn’t find the problem and get it fixed.
Could you might have another look? Find the login credentials below.

    Thank you and best regards,
    Sean

    Hi Rikard,

I rechecked the website using Chrome and Firefox (my main browser) on Mac and saw that the problem mainly occurs when logged in. But now it even occurs when logged out. In both browsers.
After hard reloading (CMD + SHIFT + R) or deleting the browser cache the animations start as normal, so it might have something to do with some caching problem. My client has the same problem. Tested in Microsoft Edge, Firefox und Chrome on Windows. This with some colleagues never having been logged in.
However, I could set up an user for you if that helps.

    Best regards,
    Sean

    Hey Ismael,
I tried adding your suggested CSS Code, but unfortunately it didn’t resolve the issue. Do you have any other Ideas what might be the problem here?

in reply to: Sidebar display problems after Update #1276865

    Hi Mike,

I checked that and you are right that the content is not in #wrap_all > #main, but only in #top.
I don’t know why that is like that, because I use the (Avia) Layout Architect to create the content and no custom template. The CPT “Sektionen” was only created to have a new seperate section like the Enfold “Portfolio Items” CPT. Additionally the “Sektionen” pages worked just fine before the last updates.
What do I have to change with the structure so that the content is in #main (again)?

    Best regards,
    Sean

in reply to: Sidebar display problems after Update #1276799

    Hi Mike,

thank you for your answer, but it’s not quite as before yet. There are still some CSS issues and I don’t know where they’re coming from.
A sidebar border is displayed in the full width section and the content in there is pushed to the right. Furthermore the headlines (“Sektion Versorgungsforschung” in the full width section and “Kontakt” in the sidebar) are capitalised and the font-sizes aren’t correct.
It seems that some CSS rules from enfold_child.css aren’t shown/used.
Please check the links below again.

    Thank you and best regards,
    Sean

in reply to: image hover effect doesn't work #1060420

    Hi Mike,
I’m seeing the first problem Bogdan wrote about (image hover effect not working) when manually updating from Enfold 4.4 to 4.5.3 on a clients’ website. Even after manually downgrading to 4.5.2 or 4.5.1 the desired image hover effect did not work for me.
Hadn’t the problem been solved in 4.5.1?
I went back to 4.4 with the help of a backup for now.
Could you please help me with this. Is this problem familiar to you? I would like to hand the website over to the client with the latest versions of Enfold and WordPress.
    Best regards,
    Sean

    Hello Victoria,
is there a solution for this problem? I’m having the same problem on a clients’ website. It looks like the parallax effect is happening too early.
    I hope you can help.

in reply to: Elemente laden nicht mehr oder springen an falsche Stelle #1036513

    Hi Victoria,

Browser cache was deleted. WP does not have a cache plugin. Problem exists.

If you load the page first time (clear caching – Firefox with Ctrl + Shift + R) all right, the elements under the layer slider are fully loaded (VideoProblem1a)
But if you than load the page with F5 again, the elements under the layer slider will not load (VideoProblem1b)

After disabling integrated (bundled) LayerSlider plugin, the page loads properly. (VideoProblem1c)

So the problem is the plugin layer slider.

2nd problem would be seen under the page reference. By the blue boxes on the undersides, the elements jump to the edge of the box (should be in the middle) (VideoProblem2)

    Best regards
    Alper
