Thanks a lot!
ClausHi Yigit,
I updated to the latest from themeforest downloadable version which still holds the version number 3.4.3 but the video issue still appears.
Please find more details in the private content.greetz

ClausHi Margaret & Rikard,
I got the same problem with the black flickering when the video jumps from end to start.
I already reduced the video file size to 645 KB, no audio track included – still a black frame …
Did you solve the problem in the meantime?Best regards
ClausJuly 29, 2015 at 3:06 pm in reply to: Portfolio grid: open specific item with link in text above #480267Dear Elliott,
thats a.b.s.o.l.u.t.e.l.y. great – thank you very much!
For anyone else who needs this:
<a href = "#" onclick = "jQuery('.post-entry-1111 .grid-image').click();">my link text</a>
Replace the portfolio number example 1111 with the number of your portfolio entry. You can find the number in the browser’s URL when editing the entry … something like
http://mydomain.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=3787&action=edit
… maybe the number can be found somewhere else in WP but this is where I found it.
@kriesi.at-support Let me say it again: your support is why I advise anybody to buy Enfold and bought it 4 times so far – beside the fact that it is a wonderful theme!greetz

July 27, 2015 at 9:17 pm in reply to: Portfolio grid: open specific item with link in text above #479302Hi Rikard,
thanks for your reply; the site is still local but it is a general question and doesn’t depend on my install.
If the question is not easy enough to understand I have uploaded a screenshot of the enfold demo (link to be found it in “private content” below). In your support area I’ve found a post referring to an already opened portfolio item:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/portfolio-item-direct-link-ajax/
Maybe the solution is next to this attempt?
Cheers

July 6, 2015 at 10:16 am in reply to: Breadcrumb w shortcode only appears if header = no transparency #468752Hi Rikard,
thanks for your answer; it’s not a problem with my installation. It even doesn’t work with the default installation, not only when using the shortcode version.
It would be easy to check it out with your standard enfold demo:- create a page
- insert the standard LayerSlider (in german called “Erweiterter LayerSlider”) named “Enfold – most beautiful theme ever”
- insert some text block below
- set the page’s “Header visibility and transparency” to “No transparency”
- reload frontpage => breadcrumb appears
- set the page’s “Header visibility and transparency” to “Transparent Header”
- reload frontpage => breadcrumb DOES NOT appear
Can you please check it out this way?
Thanks a lot

July 3, 2015 at 11:44 am in reply to: ENFOLD's AdvancedLayerSlider: color change of grey "bricks" of image transitions #467925Hi,
for everyone who is interested: The color of the “transition bricks” is defined in the file
wp-content > uploads > layerslider.custom.css/* Side color of 3D objects */
.ls-3d-box div { background: #777; }If I remember it right this CSS file does not exist by default.
I will be created by the LayerSlider WP plugin after going to
LayerSlider WP > CSS EditorI’m using Enfold Version 3.1.3

ClausHi Ismael,
your css code is the key to make it work – thanks a lot!

ClausHi Elliott,
thanks for your advice – unfortunately this does neither suppress the link nor the overlay that is shown on hover …
Did I express myself clearly enough?
Hope for a new advice … :)

ClausFebruary 20, 2015 at 1:30 pm in reply to: Portfolio Item: link to selfhosted video displaying in lightbox overlay #399593Hey Elliott,
your hint with using an HTML file is the key – THANKS!
Try the following steps (not using any extra HTML file or Flash):
– create a new page (e. g. “My lightbox video”)
– insert a full image slider
– add 1 video (“Display video in default mode, black borders …” / maybe “Hide Video Controls”)
– disable header + footer + socket on this pageOn the page where all the videos are listed:
– at the videos’s preview image insert the link to the page “My lightbox video” as a “manual link”
– add “?iframe=true” to the end of the link (without the quotes)Hope I didn’t forget anything – tested on a local install so far …
Please let me know if it works for you too.greetz
ClausFebruary 19, 2015 at 9:25 pm in reply to: Portfolio Item: link to selfhosted video displaying in lightbox overlay #399261Thanks, Elliott, in the next days I’ll have a try with the extra html file – so please don’t close this topic so that I can post the results …

ClausFebruary 18, 2015 at 8:03 pm in reply to: Portfolio Item: link to selfhosted video displaying in lightbox overlay #398426The same thing happens if I use a “normal” image within a page instead of applying it to a portfolio item …
October 28, 2014 at 11:28 am in reply to: Masonry: display post's whole content / strip the post link #342144Thanks Josue, I’ll give it a try … have a nice day!
October 17, 2014 at 11:30 am in reply to: Masonry: display post's whole content / strip the post link #337234Hi Ismael,
thanks for your answer and the code; the code works partly. The post’s content is visible until it reaches the height of the masonry element … but every html tag such as line breaks etc. are stripped and – more important – the images placed (inside a div element) in the post’s text are not included in the excerpt.
@ 2): If using masonry every masonry element gets it’s own link to the post itself; I would like to avoid this link.
So if all this does not lead to the favored goal:
is there a way to take the “fly in” effect used by masonry elements and apply it to icon boxes?greetz
