I have a problem installing the Enfold theme, for some reason it doesn’t want to install in wordpress, it throws us the following:

Try again.

We installed the theme a few months ago for another client and it works great, no issues.
Now we bought a new license on themeforest on the fourth and what I wrote above is happening.

The problem I solved through FTP. Pleasant!

I installed the plugin, then I went to my envato account and got the enfold theme, but when I try to upload it I get this message:
The link you followed has expired. I’ve been through a lot of time. I tried two ways
1. I have only downloaded the theme ((Purchase code hidden if disconnected) -theme-wordpress-theme.zip)
2. I tried again this time to “download all files and documentation”, unzip it and try uploading just “enfold.zip”
Could it be that they want to buy another license? I use the theme in more than one site and bought it a long time ago. Right now I’ve installed 4.41 on this site.
