It seems I can use Times New Roman and the edit takes place, but if I use Palatino it reverts to another font when I’m using Google Chrome.
Hello,
As I’ve I mentioned previously, all caches have been cleared and the website is also showing the incorrect font on the browsers (mostly chrome) of individuals visiting the site for the first time. Please look deeper into this issue.
I still haven’t had any luck forcing this change.
This reply has been marked as private.I added a fallback image but it still didn’t look great.
Instead of using the slider I’m now just using the video widget with the exact same video links as were being used in the slider and they are loading fine on mobile. Seems to be an issue with Easy Slider.
I understand that they may not be capable of automatically playing, but is it possible for them to load at all?
Yes, under Press Coverage.
Seems like on Android devices it is simply not showing up and on Apple devices it is saying. “Please set a mobile device fallback image for this video in your wordpress backend.”
Worked perfectly, Jordan!
This can be closed, thank you!
I’ve tried several solutions in the forum but haven’t had any luck.
If we could change the background to the slider area only that would be perfect – but if we have to do the entire page background I can make that work as well.
I hadn’t set the slider to a fixed height, and the CSS you gave me made no change.
I’m on a tight deadline, so I’m going to just move on without the LayerSlider for now, but this is obviously a glitch that needs to be fixed.
