Hello Nikko,
Looks great – Thank you very much for your assistance in resolving this issue.
Could you tell me where the setting for the image sizes are located so that I can have this info in the event that I need to change and/or add another size and then regenerate them at some point in the future?
Thank you again for the OUTSTANDING customer support!

Brilliant – that is exactly what I was wanting to accomplish! YES – it’s the perfect balance of sharpness and size. PLUS removing all those extra unneeded files will shrink that size down also! So happy. I did a test upload and it was perfect!
Now, can this be done for the entire site (it was started in 2017 so there are plenty of files that were generated but not needed) with the same results? That would fix my size problem immediately and your upload fix will assure it is stopped.
Thank you,
LeePlease find a screen cap of the files showing the original signature.jpg and the 25 other files generated from that one. There are too many of them and they are all too small. Thank you
Hello Nikko,
Thank you for your efforts to sort out my problem. However, as the size issue was/is my main problem and that remains unresolved. (Images being scaled up).
I am not sure what you changed but there are still 24 new images generated for each single image I upload!
Not only that BUT they are all tiny images which are too BLURRY when viewed and as I am trying to sell fine art the image quality is essential!
So nothing was done except to make my clients site LESS functional.
I would like to have the changes you did reverted to the original setting prior to your attempt at resolving my issue – at least the site looked better and was not full of blurry images!
All access credentials remain the same as you were using. Please let me know when this is done.
Thank you!
My host checked and it appears that your IP is not blocked. See private for their response. Please try again. Thank you
Please let me know if you could successfully login, If NOT then the issue is with my hosting security for failed logins. If you are not successful I will need the IP address so I can have my host unblock and whitelist you. Thank you
I am sorry about the confusion. Here are a set of credentials that I have created and tested. They will allow full admin access.
This will get you into the ftp – Thank you!
OK, here you go. Thanks!
Sorry about that!
Thank you for the reply and offer to look things over.
The site has grown to almost 200 GIGS.I would like to report that the filter DID work in my case – Thank you for the info!
Hi Rikard,
I finally figured out how to apply the “filter” and it worked. I hope this will continue to work with future updates.Thank you for the help.
I am having the exact same issue that you are having. Unclear how to proceed as I don’t have the technical skills to add and/or alter code – that’s one of the main reasons I bought Enfold – not to have to deal with it. It just worked until it didn’t (a week or so ago).
Please offer a real and permanent solution as I have noticed many others encountering the issue so it is NOT a user issue or error – it is a theme bug.
Thank you
I am having the same issue with the latest catalog images – working fine and then 1:1 ratio which is wrong. It appears to be a bug that was NOT fixed in the most recent update.
September 2, 2022 at 9:08 am in reply to: New Catalog Images/Photos Are Suddenly ALL Square 1:1 Ratio – Wrong #1363582Hi Ismael,
Thank you for the reply – yes, I did adjust the value of the thumbnail width field and set thumbnail to uncropped.
I did not – use the filter from the previous threat or I should say, I tried to do it and nothing changed to I revered back and deleted it. I am not technical enough to do it was any certainly. If you would like to try I will leave access below.
Thank you,
NestorThank you for the offer. I have gone ahead and proceeded and can report the fix worked.
Thank you and enjoy the Holidays!
I am also waiting for an official release fix…as much as I enjoy mucking about with php on my personal sites, I am really NOT comfortable doing that to my client’s websites. They hold me responsible for the choice of theme and for maintaining them. They don’t want excuses only results.
This doesn’t make me look good! When will a real fix be released?
April 15, 2016 at 5:15 am in reply to: Site functions not working – Updates applied – Assistance Please #614547Just some feedback that might help others who are having the same problem viewing their sites even though others can see them.
This site uses CloudFlare for content caching and once I purged the files the site was immediately viewable and was as it should be.
You might see if your site is using cloudflare and see if that is your problem viewing your site.
Thank you Enfold support for your assistance in troubleshooting and your theme rocks!
April 15, 2016 at 5:10 am in reply to: Site functions not working – Updates applied – Assistance Please #614546Here is a screen capture from a testing site. I happen to be in California and the one place where the site is not working is…CALIFORNIA

Guess the joke’s on me!
Any suggestions as it is clearly not being resolved by the suggestion of clearing cookies and refreshing my browser.
Thanks
April 15, 2016 at 5:04 am in reply to: Site functions not working – Updates applied – Assistance Please #614544Well here is what I see in an attached screen shot and that is from

Problem remains.
April 15, 2016 at 1:17 am in reply to: Site functions not working – Updates applied – Assistance Please #614433Well, perhaps you have some “magic” browser but I don’t.
I do see it rendering correctly…I see no improvement at all.
I have tried on 3 computers (2 mac and 1 pc).
iPhone and iPad.
Cleared cookies, caches, and even rebooted all computers and routers.
So unless I am suddenly just stupid and can’t use a computer there is still a problem with this site.
Thank you
April 14, 2016 at 10:56 pm in reply to: Site functions not working – Updates applied – Assistance Please #614331Yes, the frontpage has a slider that is gone.
Also a gallery under that doesn’t display and several other elements that are not working.Please see the frontpage backend to see the missing elements.
Also items on this page are missing / not working:

Same here, have tried all the fixes (everything is upgraded – different browser/computers tested) same results – BROKEN SITE
I am having the same issue. Did both upgrades so everything is up to date.
I am sorry to report that the suggest solution did NOT work for my site. I STILL have the shopping cart on my mobile sites even after the addition of the code:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.cart_dropdown{
display: none !important;
}
.html_visible_cart .cart_dropdown{
display: block !important;
}}
I would appreciate it if someone could check my site as this has gone on too long and the suggest solution has been applied without the needed result.
Thank you!
Am I the only one to have this problem?
I have only been able to test it on the iPhone with the safari and chrome browser but it appears using BOTH of them (if that helps your troubleshooting.)
Looking forward to resolving this problem.
Thank you!

Thank you very much –

Added it and it did nothing at all.
Problem remains!

Please suggest a solution that actually will work.
Thank you
