cleared cache, also browser cache and had a look from other webbrowsers and workstations. Problem still stays the same… See attached image, this is first load since I know we use the product-slider.
Because of your second question. We did not remove something, because I do not know this page. Maybe it ist from one of your collegues?

unfortunatelly it is still the same. Please have a look on the first load of it –> only 3 products instead of four. We did nothing more since a few days.

we us php Version 7.0.19 Either what we try, also if we put as new slider into a page –> first load is always 3. Maaybe there is a way to “skip” the first load?

“I copied all your content into my own installation to reproduce the issue on my end, but it doesn’t happen for me on my end. So something must cause it especially on your end. Please remove your child theme and any other customization you’ve done so far, as well as deactivate all your plugins, to check if one of those things are causing the issue. Also have in mind that maybe it’s just a caching issue on your end. So switch off any caching you’re using, clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.”
All this we did several times before. I believe sometimes this issues are caused by other systems. But even with all deactivated plugins, except woocommerce, and deleted custom css and child-theme the product-slider behaviour stays the same. Also as I see the forum we are not the only ones with this problem or very similar problems.

the solution is near :-) But unfortunatelly the first load still exists now with only 3 products, second load are now 4 products with right margins, etc…

If I remove the
clear: left;and use “none !important” all products are in one row. Causes this css rule the problem? This rule is from enfold css directly, no modification in our custom css.
How to fix the problem? Also the first one needs a margin after changing to none, because there is no distance to the second image.Best Regards Marc

where do I find the config-woocommerce > config.php ? Also what happens if woocommerce release a new update? Are changes going lost? Also for better understanding –> we do not have any problems with the images itself or their quality. Only problem is that product-slider is not shown in one row anymore. Your are sure this will help?

yes we did. We discussed about this in the first thread. Login data within private content. We also deactivate all plugins, also running without cache plugin –> but also startpage http://rfid-finder.com/ is not cached.

- deactivting cache tool, problem stays the same
- changing sort number does not change anything on behaviour

ok thats what I thought also. But how to include tag manager code without error message? Tag manager has two codes –> one in the <head> section and one in the <body> section. When I implement the second on in the <body> section tag manager gives me a error –> body tag not closed.
Question is also –> how to implement tag manager without a plugin the right way into enfold theme?

I know you don`t provide support for third party pluins. But before enfold update it everything was running. Also this mistake is only in the tab section of this page, everything else runs normal.
This page is the one with the error. Also you can try in frontpage –> if you reload page with some other active tab, tab is loaded fine. If you switch tab and layslider is broken.

issues still existing. We found some new problem. Since update another plugin WP Floating Menu PRO is also not working anymore. This plugin should be visible on every page as sidemenu. Now it is only “half” visible on broken layslider/ tab page:
You can see it at the right. I now think this is more a layerslider issue than a enfold problem? Maybe its caused on some js problems?

I knew that this was wrong css handling. But I had probplems to do it better to avoid different width of the gridrow in different display sizes. Best working solution is now:

thank you for your reply. The problem is that this fixes not all responsive problems (maybe I do not understand how to do…).
1. gridrows have to be optimized for different screen sizes. As example three popular sizes for optimisation
768 x 1024
414 x 736
360 x 640of course these displays could be turned and the values switches. If I use from – to values like in your example size is not every time correct. I put know for some popular sizes a one css value in our style:
