KatjaNovember 18, 2018 at 10:07 pm in reply to: No access to Website and WP-Admin page after theme update to 4.5!! #1034909Hey Mike,
Thanks! After renaming the “revslider” folder I got another error when trying to access the wp-admin site:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 62914560 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /homepages/2/d621752709/htdocs/clickandbuilds/NachtLichter/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php on line 28
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 62914560 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /homepages/2/d621752709/htdocs/clickandbuilds/NachtLichter/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 449
Accessing the website (without admin access) now works again – no more memory errors?! But I still cannot access /wp-admin site.
I installed the theme update via dashboard. WordPress version is up-to-date. I tried different PHP versions up to 7.2, but nothing helped.
What can I do to access the admin page again and solve the memory error??Thanks!
KatjaPerfect! Thanks!
Hi Yigit,
I just opened a new thread with the link to my website. Hope this problem could be solved soon, since other users also seem to have similar problems (I found different threads on this problem)!
Thanks and best regards
KatjaThis issue is a really big problem which seems to occur on every iOS device with iOS 10.x. I tested the Lightbox on the following devices (in Safari) with the following results:
• iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.1:no error
• iPhone 6 with iOS 10.2: error
• iPhone 5S with iOS 10.2: error
• iPad Mini with iOS mit iOS 9.3.1: no error
• iPad Mini with iOS 10.2: error
• iPad Air with iOS 10.2: error
• iPad Pro with iOS 10.2: error
• iPad (1. version) with iOS 9.3.5: no errorI could not see any error in Safari on MacOS or in any browser on Windows. It also seems to work with iPad simulations.
But it definitively IS a problem on physical devices! And as the majority of iOS users should already have iOS 10.x this issue should be solved as soon as possible!I got the latest Enfold version and I also tried to deactivate all plugins – nothing helped. The problem also occurs in the Enfold demo http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview (Masonry Gallery).
Thanks and best regards,
