Hey!
Thanks for pointing that out. we will fix this with the next update ;)
Cheers!
KriesiHey!
Font from origin ‘http://www.diefleischerei.at’ has been blocked from loading by Cross-Origin Resource Sharing policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource. Origin ‘http://business.diefleischerei.at’ is therefore not allowed access.
Hey guys!
We have added another patch (3.08) that should finally put an end to those translation problems. the issues were caused by several translation strings with improper closed HTML tags which we had to remove…
Regards,
KriesiHey!
Not sure what is causing this and I got troubles reproducing it. While I am investigating the issue you might want to try to open your functions.php file and remove the line
wp_enqueue_style( 'avia-print' , $template_url."/css/print.css", array(), '1', 'print' );
which includes the print.css file and is probably causing the issue in one way or another

We have already uploaded version 3.08 which should finally fix the translation issues. if you still got problems please open a new thread and dont use this one, we would like to keep this one reserved for new translation files ;)
Best regards,
KriesiJanuary 28, 2015 at 4:53 pm in reply to: Main Content Background color is gone – all transparent- Need urgent helt! #387108Mind trying this custom css snippet:
#top .bg_container{ z-index: -1; }
If it works we will add it to the next patch :)
PS: Please dont mix multiple issue into one topic, gets too messy that way. If you got different issues please open another thread
January 28, 2015 at 4:06 pm in reply to: Main Content Background color is gone – all transparent- Need urgent helt! #387052Hey Guys!
I am having trouble reproducing and understanding the issue, so in order to make it as easy as possible for us to get the problem:
Please post a link to your installation and also the browser you are using. If you want feel free to add login credentials. Also please describe the area which is now transparent and previously was not, since a few of the examples links you posted obviously are modified and enforce transparency, so I am not sure what is desired and what is not…
Best case scenario would be screenshots from previous versions as well but I guess in most cases thats not an option.
Diese CSS snippet sollte helfem:
.avia-slider-testimonials .avia-testimonial-meta .avia-testimonial-image { margin: 0 10px 0 0; width: 80px; height: 80px; } #top .avia-slider-testimonials .avia-testimonial-content, #top .avia-slider-testimonials .avia-testimonial-arrow-wrap .avia-arrow { border: none; background: #ddd; }

If you are using a child theme and did not modify any core files of the original theme (css or php files) you should be 100% safe :)
Cheers!
KriesiJanuary 21, 2015 at 4:20 pm in reply to: Blog Feature Images Not Showing on Cell Phones & Tablets. #383084Hi!
Mind updating the theme to version 3.05. I have improved a few automated layout settings that might help on this particular case :)
Best regards,
KriesiJanuary 21, 2015 at 1:23 am in reply to: intermittent problem with parallax color section since last Enfold update #382806Hm, at this point I think the only possible solution, since neither me nor anyone in the team can reproduce this issue, is to get access to an installation that has the problem.
If anyone wants me to investigate the issue further, has a testserver with the issue active and is willing to let me do a few tests please share the following data in a private reply:
– Your wordpress credentials so I can check the settings
– FTP credentials so I can do a few try/error tests and log some javascript information that should help debugging the issueCheers!
Yes I noticed that too. At this point I am afraid we will need to wait for others with a similar issue to gather more information. If I happen to find out whats causing the issue I will post here…
Hi Jan!
#1 allows developers to disable the layout builder in your backend on certain pages. we needed this for #3
#2 if you add a main menu link and append ?iframe=true to the url the target will open in a lightbox. you can use that for forms for example
#3 Here is a description: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/custom-woocommerce-shop-overview/Hope this helps! Best regards,
KriesiMind posting your login credentials as a private reply so we can take a look? Please also post a link to the draft in question…
January 19, 2015 at 5:47 pm in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #381944Yes, the update also includes the fix for the mega menu issue ;)
And thanks for purchasing again!January 19, 2015 at 1:39 pm in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #381740Using a private window doesn’t really help I am afraid. Caching is still a pain ;D
Nevertheless I think I found a solution and it should work once the edited avia.js file is loaded instead of the old oneJanuary 19, 2015 at 12:26 pm in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #381697Hm, this is not really practical for debugging. I can’t tell you to clear the cache whenever I change a line of code to log some information. A few tests that I can do in minutes would probably take 10 times that time.
Is it possible for you to disable the caching/cdn for the next few hours?
January 19, 2015 at 10:19 am in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #381615In that case would you also add a wordpress login for me so I can regenerate the cache once I have applied some changes?
January 19, 2015 at 6:14 am in reply to: Mega Menu Width Issues on Certain Pages (not fixed) #381577Hi!
Would you mind posting me your ftp details so I can directly edit the javascript file and try to fix the issue?
Cheers!
KriesiHey!
Elliott is correct. If you want to use a theme form themeforest for that purpose you would need to get a multisite license. It might be a lot cheaper to purchase one license for each person using the theme.
If you want more information on licensing or maybe discuss a price reduction I would recommend to get in touch with envato support: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=37840
Hope this helps. Best regards,
KriesiNot sure whats going on here. #3 works fine for me as well.
So waht exactly are you trying to do. Registering another account? If so I can do that for you if you tell me the desired username and email :)
January 16, 2015 at 4:36 pm in reply to: intermittent problem with parallax color section since last Enfold update #380830Hey!
I actually don’t think thats a css issue at all. As far as I can tell the javascript sometimes does not calculate the height of the underlying element correctly which causes the problem. Thats why when the browser is resized and the javascript is fired again everything is aligned properly. So basically a problem with the first javascript calculation.
Whats also weird is that this does not happen to the majority of our users. But as I said, I will keep investigating the issue until its fixed :)
Cheers!
KriesiJanuary 16, 2015 at 12:36 pm in reply to: Safari 8.0 Seems to Not Auto-Loop Full Screen Video Slider #380724Hey Guys!
Just wanted to let you know that I got a fix. Its a little dirty but works until I find something better or Safari gets an update that makes everything work again ;D
Will arrive with version 3.05
Cheers!
KriesiJanuary 16, 2015 at 11:44 am in reply to: intermittent problem with parallax color section since last Enfold update #380704Hey Guys!
I have added a small fix to the parallax script that I think might solve the issue with the next update. Since I cannot be sure please let me know if the error persists after updating to 3.05
Also in that case it would be great if you can post me your ftp credentials so I can do some trial/error testing with the javascript files.
Although this does not really seem to happen to a lot of people I really would like to get this solved for the two of you. Lets hope the bugfix does it ;DBest regards,
Kriesi“Somwhat” fixed with the next update. The background will display correctly after the animation but there will always be a “jump”. So these two settings are not really compatible. Would recommend to simply use the fixed background in this case, as was suggested by Ismael :)
Hey!
From what i can tell #1 and #4 have been used to register the accounts:
#1: rosiefuture
#4: pelvicThe other 2 have not been used. Should it be any different?
Cheers!
KriesiHi!
I am afraid i am at a loss here. I tried pretty much everything from removing the css to deactivating plugins but the results are the same. Cant really tell why this is happening. Did you make any customizations via child theme file replacement? Thats the last thing I could think off, otherwise I have no idea why your installation is behaving that way and ours isnt…
Best regards,
Kriesi -
