I’ve had multiple people tell me they sent messages and had no idea the form was not working. Upon hearing that, I filled the form out myself (on a live page) and got nothing.

I think it has something to do with the theme… I was unable to provide a clearer explanation earlier, because I was in between a few things, but here’s what’s going on:
I added the “contact form” to the aforementioned page, then tested it to see if the form would alert me that someone (me) had filled it out. I waited… and waited… and waited… and nothing but a confirmation on the page, indicating the message had been sent – only no message was sent because I didn’t receive it.
Unless it’s a matter of updating the version of WP, which is pretty current – 4.7.2 – it seems to be an issue with the theme. If not, please clarify what you mean by “running tests” and SMTP?

UPDATE: I updated the theme and WP. Still nothing.

yeah, that didn’t work. i placed it in the quick CSS… should it have been placed elsewhere?
since there wasn’t a working solution, I went ahead and deleted the backgrounds I had in place.It would be nice to be able to use them for variety going forward. So… if you are able to provide a more concrete fix, that would be great!

that didn’t work. this is what happened:
So… I restored a previous edit, along with your suggestion, which removed the emboldened red text for the testimonials. However, the content below the testimonials disappeared once again.
It works in 2016 and doesn’t work in enfold. At this point if I want to upload anything, I have to use 2016. Then activate enfold again.
It isn’t handling mp3s well either.
Hi, just wondering if you are going to provide a solution for this issue? I can’t continue to wait after today.

I’m having the same issue. is there a fix other than switching between 2016 and Enfold?
