Hello,
me again:
When I want to enter my purchase license and create a new account, I get the following error message: “Sorry, but that item purchase code has already been registered with another account. Please login to that account to continue, or create a new account with another purchase code.”
I have already registered with the license and unfortunately I no longer know which access data :-(Thank you very much for your help; I’m sorry for causing you so much trouble..
