Thanks, are there any drawbacks to using a child theme? Will I be able to update as normal and experience the updates immediately whilst retaining modifications I’ve made to functions.php?
Ah how strange. All the books are there it’s just the fourth one is dropping down on to the next row so that there are 3 columns and empty space where the fourth one should be. It works on my desktop but doesn’t work on my laptop. I’ve tried on different browsers on my laptop and tried clearing my cache but it still shows the error. Screenshot in private content
Hi Yigit, I no longer have a browserstack plan so can’t double check. But could you check my website on Safari 10.1 using browserstack? I can try 10.1 for free and it’s not working in the same way that isn’t working on my MacBook Safari 12.1. The video loading animation continuously spins and but the video never loads.
On my MacBook i have tried clearing my cache and it still doesn’t work. Please do try 10.1 on browserstack and hopefully you’ll see what I’m seeing. Thank you
I’ve tested it using browserstack and it doesn’t work. I’ve also tested it using a laptop with Safari 12.1 installed and it doesn’t work, the loading wheel spins indefinitely – I’ve attached a screenshot.
Hi, ihanks for your help. It does work on Safari 13.1. My issue is that it doesn’t work on Safari 12.1. Could you check it on Safari 12.1?
On some pages it all looks good. On the page linked in private content I’m still finding that background image of the color section is loading in jagged stages rather than smoothly appearing all at once, which seems in turn to be slowing down the animation of the text.
Hi, I tried using the jquery plugin as you suggested but that made no difference, I also tried removing the caching plugin but that didn’t work either.
That has helped, thank you, but there is still a bit of an issue. If you check the link in private content (the Apply Now) page you can see that when the page loads the image loads from top to bottom and also the animation heading is a little buggy – the animation isn’t smooth.
That has centered the text but the whole thing is off center and as the slider cycles through testimonials each title/subtitle is in a different position.

Thanks for your reply. I don’t have any pages that are nested under that main page. So I imagine this must be a page that has been created automatically somehow? I have certainly never created any page with the name ‘page’ or any numbered pages like the one titled ‘8’.
Hi that seemed to work for a while, but as soon as I opened the accordion element again the span tags were automatically removed. The images are out of alignment again. How can I fix this in a way that keeps them aligned permanently? thanks
