Man…..I spoke too soon. Don’t know what happened, but just got another one. Grrrr. Ignoring it for now. Content still looks good to the viewer.
-kathyI had someone build the form for me and paid him to do it. Now he is not happy and wants more money to go back and fix the form again. Can you fix it? If not, I will have to pay him more to get it fixed because I don’t know what CSS you changed. Even if you could tell me that, he could fix it faster and for less money. Do not try to fix the CSS related to the horizontal contact form. My other guy just fixed it and so please leave it as is! Thanks!
I appreciate your persistence and asking the team if anyone has had to deal with this issue. I will keep moving forward in hopes of it just magically going away!
Also, you made some changes in the CSS that changed my front page contact form from horizontal to a regular vertical form. Can you put that back so the form is vertical?

KathyI created two more test pages and tiny mce is off. Caches are all cleared, yet I still get the error message.I’m so frustrated, as I’m sure you are too.

I’m using Chrome on Windows. Everything is up to date. Cache and Cookies are clear. Tried with IE. Same. I’ll try the screencast. See if I can show you what’s happening.
Hi Mike. Hope you have been well. We have been out of town and out of touch. Anyway, do absolutely whatever you need to do to recreate this error. I am still gettting it and it is in the way of editing with the visual editor. Please keep on this. It’s just plain frustrating! Ugh!
Thanks for the Birthday wishes. I have all plugins deactivated except Tiny MCE and Jet Pack. Sucuri wan’t active. In fact Tiny Mce and Jet pack were really the only two that were active. everything else has been deactivated.
I updated a page thismorning and didn’t get an error so maybe it’s fixed???/I’ll keep working and see if it comes back and let you know how the day goes.
I’ll try to activate one at a time and see what happens.I’ll try and isolate the issue…. Thanks.
BTW my husband bought me a step stool so I don’t fall and break my shoulder again, a mini- level so I can lay brick and a mini-measuring tape that I can carry in my purse for measuring on the go! I’m so excited!!

The correct domain for the WP and the Child Theme is Dynamic Real Estate Marketing.
Is this something that needs to be fixed yet?

I disabled ALL plugins and still get the error: Failed to initialize plugin: avia_builder_button. I don’t know what to do and I have already done so much work on the website that I don’t want to overwrite it with an earlier backup. What now?
I am still getting this error a lot. I paid some guy on Fiverr to fix it and I am still getting the error upon UPDATE of a page.
if you contacted woocommerce, that wasn’t the issue. I am seeing the error on OptinMonster pages. I also made sure the setting at Enfold Theme Options > Performance > Disable Template Builder Elements is set to: Always load all elements. Doesn’t help. I have tried clearing cache (computer and WP) and using different browsers, rebooted, reinstalled enfold….still get error….
Also getting this error at top of home page in dashboard:

Oh thank God, somebody is here.

The bottom box on the home page is blank. It appears on the website but the edit box (visual and html) are blank. A white screen. I can’t edit it. It happens in quite a few places but right now you can look at this one.
I have cleared both website and browser caches. I have deactivated all the plugins and tried to activate them one at a time to see what happens.
I have shut down my computer and started over.
I bought new tech support today, that I can’t access so that was a waste and I FTPd the latest child and enfold themes. Still have same problem. Host, Bluehost, says it’s theme problem.
You can go to just about any page and it still happens on all these other pages too.
My current version of Enfold is 4.5I am also getting this error message at the top of the home page:
“Notice: Undefined index: muted in /home1/assista6/public_html/fsbomarketingexperts/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 613”@lawesleyby If I backup the site. Then reinstall enfold and the child will it all work better?
Thanks@lawesleyby I do have a backup but since this has been going on for 4 days, the back up includes the errors. I am getting really frustrated. the site is up, but I can’t edit it now. Blank edit page both text and visual don’t work. All plugins are disabled. Thoughts?

What the heck are they doing over there?
He uninstalled my theme and child and then changed it to theme2017. so now i can see my site. I can log in on only IE and he won’t fix anything else. He is going to install enfold first. but whichone is supposed to be first? theme or child?
Then in the theme area there is an error that says “Please update your PHP. W3 Total Cache requires PHP version 5.3 or above” and I don’t know what that is either.
