This is happening on my Mac running Yosemite 10.10.3 and Safari 8.0.5 I noticed another user reported the same issue here.

Thanks Yigit! That fixed the issue on the iPhone in portrait mode but in landscape mode it is still doing the same thing. I tried flushing the cache and it didn’t make a difference. Can you let me know how to fix that please? Thank you!

The only box it doesn’t work on is the select element. Can you modify the code so that it works on the select element as well? Thanks!
Thanks Yigit! I input the code and it looks like it’s working but the color is a light gray and not showing up in #2c5b9c Can you please let me know how to change the code to get it to work correctly? Thank you!

Can I please get some help with this issue? I am still having issues with the buttons on this specific page not working on mobile devices. It seems to be related to parallax sections. As soon as I change these sections to “scroll” the button works fine. I know there was an issue before that Kriesi fixed where color sections weren’t showing up on mobile devices and I think this might be related to that issue. Even if I try to rebuild this page, it still doesn’t work. I tried turning off all of my plugins as well to see if one of them was affecting this and it is not. Any help is greatly appreciated because my users can’t click through on this page as it stands. Thanks!
Unfortunately it’s still not working. The preloader freezes when I hit the back arrow and the page won’t load until I refresh.
Thank you Ismael! That’s exactly what I was looking for. Hopefully this will be updated in a future update of theme as I think it’s an addition that makes sense with this feature. You can close this thread.
Thanks Andy. I deactivated all of my plugins and it still shows the same thing. The strange thing is that it is doing the same thing on 3 different enfold installations.
Thanks for taking a look Kriesi! So you are not seeing the issues I sent in the screen shot at all? If you take a look at the screen shot that Andy took above, the contact form looks the same as mine too. This happens in any browser I pull the site up on.
I update the theme via FTP. I tried re-updating the whole theme and even updating the framework folder separately via FTP and clearing the cache multiple times and still the same issue. This even happens when I pull up the site on a browser that I have never used to look at the site.

I’m still having the same issue with #3 though. If you resize your browser you can see that when the grid row gets smaller, the captions don’t fit over the image and are larger. For some reason this is not responsive. Can you help me make the captions fit inside these grid rows please?
I am using Safari version 8.0.4 and OS X 10.10.2 This also happens on mobile devices using Safari running iOS version 8.2 When you arrow back using the browsers arrow, the pre loader freezes and won’t load the page. The only way to load the page is to refresh in the browser or click the back arrow again. This happens on all of my installs of Enfold. I updated to the most recent version of 3.1.2 but it didn’t help this issue.
FYI Just updated to version 3.1.2 and this update fixes the issues with the color sections not showing up on mobile devices. You can go ahead and close this thread once everybody confirms. Thanks!
The interesting thing is that it’s the same color sections that have the issue every time. I also tried deactivating all of the plugins but that didn’t help either.
I’m using Safari on the iPhone 6 and iPad 4 and every time I pull up the site the custom background images in certain color sections won’t load. This just started happening since I updated to version 3.1 so not sure what is happening. Flushing the cache doesn’t seem to fix the problem either. Not sure why this is happening.
I’m having the exact same issue with my enfold sites on the iPhone and iPad. All of them are on version 3.1
