December 6, 2017 at 7:50 pm in reply to: Buttons missing outside vewing port on Advaced layerslider #885746Hi Victoria,
Yes, it works OK on a mobile – but if you read the thread I mentioned when the viewing port is around 800px the buttons/text get lost outside of the top left hand side of the advanced layeslider.
See this screenshot:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/3e9by81qp81bmv3/sliderproblem.jpg?dl=1
Can you see one button 90% outside viewing part (you can only see the bottom blue part)
Any help on why this is happening would be appreciated,
Best Wishes,
Christopher Skelton.- This reply was modified 6 years, 11 months ago by kelsangchodor.
Hi Victoria,
Thanks for that – but it doesn’t work as you suggest. It’s not that simple I’m afraid!
I’m not sure if you have read this thread? The code you suggested removing was what your collegue Rikard told me add to solve a problem with the logo losing white space underneath on responsive. So, if I remove the code you suggest it creates another problem.
Just to clarify again – this is what I’m trying to achieve if it’s possible with the enfold theme and you can offer help:
I have a logo that is 110 px high – what I want is a 10 px white space above and below this logo. And then when the window is resized it doesn’t lose this space above and below. At the moment it loses this space. Also, when scrolling down (and the logo shrinks in size) I would like this white space to be maintained when the logo shrinks.
Is this too complicated in css?
Best wishes,
Christopher.Hi Victoria,
Thanks for your reply.
But it doesn’t have 10px uniform space above 420. See attached image. If you increase the size of the screen you’ll see the logo space jumps about.
see attached:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/6np7zs8hw3425ng/logo.jpg?dl=0Also, when it get’s smaller due to scrolling it loses the space and margins jump around.
Please can you help?
best,

Awesome! that worked!
Thank you!!!December 4, 2017 at 1:06 pm in reply to: Buttons missing outside vewing port on Advaced layerslider #884617Further to above.
after a bit more research it seems this happens on a viewing port of around 800p.s. wide (a tablet in portrait mode)
HI Mike,
Thanks so much for your time. Really appreciated.
One of those solutions will work for me,
Have a great day,

Christopher Skelton.Hi Rikard,
Yes, I understand I can do that (add them into the same 3/5 section) – but then I loose the border which frames the items in the second section of 3/5. I want each section bordered individually – not one really long border that includes all the items.
I hope my question makes sense,
Best wishes,
Christopher Skelton.It works!
I’m really not sure why it didn’t work the first time!
Thanks SO MUCH for your time – you guys rock. Really appreciate the support you give us. It makes a HUGE difference,
Have a great day,

Christopher Skelton.Hi Rikard,
Thanks for your help!
This looks OK on mobile (420px wide – but it doesn’t work above that)I’m not sure if what I’m asking for is possible with the theme?
Just to recap: I have a logo that is 110 px high – what I want is a 10px white space above and below this logo. And then when the window is resized it doesn’t lose this space above and below. At the moment it loses this space. Also, when scrolling down I would like this white space to be maintained when the logo shrinks.
Is this too complicated css? would it be easier for me to include a 10px space top/bottom in the actual .png file iteself?
best wishes & thanks for your help

Hi Nikko,
Unfortunately this doesn’t work!
I copies into general CSS but has no effect. Any ideas?
Best wishes,
Christopher Skelton.Hi Nikko,
That looks much better on the mobile phone – thank you!
But it still loses the equal top/bottom margin when I’m resizing window moving from around 768 pixels wide (when the margin is good – equal top & bottom) and then going < 768 it loses the top margin and isn’t vertically aligned) on my browser (but does look good on mobile!)
I hope I’ve explained that coreclty so it makes sense what the problem is!
Christopher
Hello!
This works with scrolling (thanks!!) BUT I still can’t get the spacing to work on mobile and responsive.
When it is in non-responsive mode – I have a perfect 10px gap top and bottom.
But when it goes into responsive mode (and on mobiles) it loses the bottom white space padding. On a mobile it’s also not vertically centrally aligned.
Please can you help – I really appreciate your time,
best wishes,

November 26, 2017 at 6:26 am in reply to: Team Members not going into responsive mode on potrait #881830Hi John,
Thanks for your time.
It’s when the width of the screen is 768px – the 4 columns are squashed together – is it possible for me to use some CSS to make the pictures use only two columns? and then when screen resolution is smaller, say 400px to use only on column? it currently jumps from 4 columns to 1.
Thanks for any help,
Christopher Skelton.
November 22, 2017 at 5:12 am in reply to: Special Heading Title disappearing behind header – only on potrait < 800px #880040Thanks – that worked!! :)
It worked – thanks for your help :)
I did have to use:
.sidebar border:none! tooHi,
Thanks for this. This css doesn’t work completely. This just disappears the sidebar but the line to the left of the sidebar doesn’t disappear.
So, my page ratio is 73% 27%. I’m looking for the main content to become 100% and the sidebar and line to left to completely disappear at the width of max 800px
Thanks!

November 9, 2017 at 7:31 am in reply to: Color Section – Diagonal Over lapping title – Can anyone help please? #874505Unfortunately still didn’t work.
I put “custom-section” into the ID
Then copied this code into quick CSS:
#custom-section .container {
z-index: 2;
}Even tried !important at the end – still didn’t work.

Thanks for any help.Hi John,
Thanks for your reply. I understand you don’t support third party plugins but the plugin works fine on other themes (I’ve tested by switching to other themes) and I bought the enfold theme under the presumption it would work within enfold.
Its 90 percent working but there seems to be a conflict with the enfold theme that effects the formatting.
I know the other members of your enfold support have helped people with similar issues with this plugin (as I’ve been trying to find the solution through the archives but I cant)
So, I’m not asking to support a third party plugin because it works fine on other themes. Can you please help at all?
Many Thanks for your consideration.
Christopher Skelton.
Hi,
I wondered if anyone can help with this?
I still have support with Kreisi (6 months) Purchase code : ab5af196-c9b9-42aa-a8f1-7ebe07a6b435

Christopher SkeltonHello Ismael,
That works – great!
Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for the great support you guys offer. Brilliant. It’s much appreciated.

Hi Ismael,
That works a treat!!! Thanks so much for your help. You guys are amazing! :)
One final thing – the bullet still shows on mobile phone menu’s – how would I apply the above CSS to mobile phone menu?
Thanks once again,
Chris.
That works! Thanks
I wonder if you could help with the second part of my questions?
It was:
Is there any way I can add “un-clickable” sub headings to the mega menu that do not have a bullet to the left of them:
For example under “weekly classes”….:
Classes In Brighton (main menu heading)
Beginner Classes (sub heading not clickable no bullet)
> Monday evening session (clickable with bullet)
> Tuesdsay evening sessio (clickable with bullet)
> Wednesdy evening sesion (clickable with bullet)
Intermediate Classes (sub heading not clickable no bullet)
> Monday evening session (clickable with bullet)
> Tuesday evening session (clickable with bullet)Thanks so much for any help,
Chris Skelton
