Hi, John, I am using “Eunoia” theme which don’t have the Theme Options -> Header -> Separator. Is there any other way to remove the Separator?

Hi, John, thank you for your suggestion. I hide site title as suggested. But it still doesn’t work. What I want is not hiding site title. I want to remove “|” in the end of the site title. Do you know how to do it?

Remember if a customer was not mistreated badly, they won’t spend time to post multiple posts.
Anyway, I will update the review. Hope you guys don’t ignore your customers in future.

To support team:
1) I only made 1 post two days ago. I waited and waited. I didn’t get any single reply. I made 1 more post to support forum of more popular theme. Then my original post got closed and I didn’t get an answer or reply for TWO DAYS. If I got any answer from the moderator, even the answer is “we are busy and we will look into your problem after a week”, I won’t be so upset.
2) I can’t find any other ways to contact the support team after being ignoring for 2 days. Then I started to make multiple posts in order to get their attention. Finally, I got your attention. Support team started to answer. Even their answer does not solve the problem. I feel it’s better than simply ignoring their customer.
3) Anyway, since this problem has been solved finally by the community, I will change the 1 star review. Also, you can DELETE all my other posts if you want. If the support team agree that they should not ignore their customer for 2 days and close their customer’ post without an answer(I mean my original post, not the duplicated ones after two days), I am OK to give you 5 star review again.- This reply was modified 7 years, 8 months ago by keeprain.
The problem is less about the bug now. It’s about that nobody answer my question for 2 days even I mark the title as urgent. Finally I am so upset and made 10+ posts. Now you guys blame me for making too much post. Good job!
