Trying to add alternate text to social media icons in main header, refresh & search icons, and scroll up icon on home page. Need to do this to make site accessible… ADA compliant. Please provide assistance in how to remedy this. thanks.
Victoria,
I placed in new GA tracking code… and it’s working now. Not sure why the Google Tag that was previously there and working did not work after the update. But, seems to be working now. Thanks.Victoria,
I’m going to enable cookie handling and set to the first option per the thread to see if this works.Victoria,
I have read the tread several times over before I sent the post. I have the GA code in the proper place, i.e. Google Services. I have not enabled the cookies settings, and according to the thread I do not have to enable for the GA code to track. So, I’m not sure what is blocking the code from working properly. Can you take a look and let know. Thanks for your help. JonApril 22, 2020 at 7:18 pm in reply to: Google Analytics not tracking after Enfold theme update #1206339Hello Ismael,
I’m having the same issue. GA is not tracking the site. Currently have code in Enfold Child>Google Services. Not sure what is wrong?- This reply was modified 4 years, 8 months ago by kaysejo. Reason: Wanted to provide wp access to fix issue
Sorry for the delay. I have purchased and updated to the latest version. Still unable to enable javascript file merging and compression without losing avia functionality. Please advise.
Rikard,
As I mentioned…I inherited the site from a design company. I tried to place in the private token for the site, but since I did not purchase it myself…it gives an error messages. Do I need to go back to the old design company and ask for the token, or is there another way to acquire token other than purchasing the theme again? Please advise. Thanks.I was able to resolve the screen options drop down by switching to classic editor in the themes options settings. Please let me know about the javascript merging and compression issue. Thank you.
April 24, 2019 at 2:13 pm in reply to: Migrated Enfold Theme Website From Another hosting – Some Elements Not working #1093967I would rather fix the issue and not leave. The site is currently working off the enfold child theme. I did test the site and issues when I activate the enfold theme…and it worked. Assuming it is some coding issue inside the child theme. Could that make sense?
April 23, 2019 at 12:53 pm in reply to: Migrated Enfold Theme Website From Another hosting – Some Elements Not working #1093644I think I found the issue. When I disable the Javascript File Merging and Compression….all the above renders. Can you tell me why this is happening?

The issues are with some of the Avia Layout Builder elements. You will see blank space on the following pages:
home page: full screen slider under the main navigation
home page: testimonials
/neighborhoods: masonry gallery
/ist-with-us/how-we-market-your-home: masonry gallery
/downloads: icon list
/about-us/community-outreach: masonry gallery
/blog: masonry galleryCould it be some of the CSS is not working properly in these browsers?
Regarding the theme and license: the latest version that came with the migration is 4.5.5
Please help. Thanks. Jon
