Hi there,
I needed to renew my licence before I could reply to you.
I do not override the footer.php file in my child theme. In fact, as a quick fix I did copy the file from the parent theme but I haven’t made any changes to the file… but obviously it did not work :)
I have activated the theme editor on my installation.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

Hi!
I reset the permalinks by changing them to simple, then back to their orginal form, but the 404 error remains when I try to navigate between blog pages.
YESSS!!! Everything works perfectly now. Thanks a lot for your great support! :)
Hi,
The issue is on iPhone when using Safari. Furthermore, the problem is only on the homepage: everywhere else the mobile menu works perfectly.
This is really annoying :(
Lets me know if you need more information.
Thanks,
Hi again!
I tried manually deleting the theme files from my server and uploading the theme via FTP but it did not fix the mobile menu issue on iPhone.
We can scroll down the mobile menu on all pages EXCEPT the homepage. I tried every thing suggested above, but nothing seems to work.
You will find my login credentials in the private content section, below.
Let me know if there is anything else I can try on my end.
Thanks a lot!
Hi,
I haven’t had time to update my theme files yet, but I find this very reassuring! However, I still have the issue on my iPhone SE. I will let you know if the theme re-install does the trick. Thanks for the follow up!Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. I tried erasing all custom CSS and deactivating all plugins but the issue remains. I am currently making a backup of my files and I will try deleting completely Enfold and installing it again via FTP. I will let you know it that works.
Thanks!
The menu is displayed, however we cannot see all items available in the menu. There are many other items that we cannot see underneath “témoignages”. The page scrolls just fine, the issue is really with the mobile menu that is not scrollable (but only on the homepage, for some weird reason).
Here is a screenshot from my phone. I cannot go beneath the “témoignages” item, but there are many other items underneath it.
I am using an iPhone SE.
Thanks!
You can now close it. Thanks a lot for your help and your fast reply!
Oh yes it works!! Thanks a lot!! :D
