Hi – sorry but I’m having real problems with this one page website layout. I can’t get text on each section to start at the top of the page – it all seems start further down the page so I have a big gap at the top of each section – also I can’t get the sizes right for each section so the slider/background image size that I use on Chrome doesn’t look right in IE – could somebody please help me get this right so I can finish it off for my client asap?
I provided FTP details above if anybody needs to go in to take a look at my settings.

Hi – I’ve changed the slider to a Layerslider and the width is set to 100% in the slider settings but it still isn’t looking right on a mobile – any ideas?
Also, if you look at each page – for example use the jump link to go to Clients – the title clients seems to start a long way down the page – I need it to be more up towards the top of the page, but I’ve add to add some whitespaces in so that the jumplinks work correctly – not sure how to get the jumplinks working well but with the page content starting near the top?

I have changed the height of each background image/color section to 100% of browser window which seems to have helped – is that the right thing to do?
When I look at it on a mobile there seem to be a couple of issues – 1) is that the slider images don’t seem to be responsive and 2) I can only see the mobile menu at the very top of the Home Page – if I choose to jump to another section then I can’t see the mobile menu at the top of page any more to navigate to somewhere else.

Hi – yes that’s all worked great thank you – only thing is can you recommend what size the background images should be for each section of the one page website? It looks okay on my laptop but doesn’t look great on the mobile …

Hi – that’s absolutely superb! Thanks so much – any chance I could add css to change the colour of the telephone number?

Hi – yes I’ve done that now – that’s added the phone in to the top bar – if possible I’d like to display it actually in the header area. So as at http://www.katapult.co.uk, have the logo to the left, the main menu links just along from the logo and then the phone number and social links across to the right, all within the header area.

Hi, I also have a website build here: http://www.littlefoxwebdesignbuilds.co.uk/steedmedia – I’d like to re-create a similar layout for the header as you can see on this website: http://www.katapult.co.uk/ – could you tell me how I could move the menu links further along towards the logo and then add a phone number/email next to the social icons on the right-hand side?

All perfect – thanks! Could you let me know one more thing? How can I change the image that is shown when somebody hovers over an image that is connected to a lightbox? I think it’s a curled arrow at the moment.

Hi – yes that’s really helped thank you – it’s nearly right – just one last slight tweak – if you look at the static image/easyslider, they slightly overlap the top of the coloured section and then there’s a gap beneath them and the the bottom of the coloured section. How can I stop the overlap at the top and make them fit neatly to the bottom of the coloured section?

Hi – thanks for the reply – re the video in the post slider, is it not possible to show the video itself on the posts slider without adding a featured image, clicking on it to be taken to the post page and then play the video?
I think I’ve managed to increase the size of the Easyslider image but how can I remove the blank space between the static image on the left and the Easyslider on the right? I would like them to be right up next to each other without any space.
If somebody could help me to resolve these things quickly I’d really appreciate it as my client is waiting!

Hi – thanks for the reply – yes this sort of works but it only stretches the image height-wise making it look out of proportion – how can I adjust the width as well? I tried adding width: 384px; below the height but it doesn’t seem to have any effect.

Hi again – also, I’ve added a You Tube video to a blog post which appears on the Post Slider on the Home Page, but how can I get an image of the video to show rather than just the small grey circle icon that is showing at the moment?

Hi – don’t worry, I’ve figured it out! Used a layerslider instead with one image. I have still had trouble though in transferring a website using the Enfold theme from a sub-folder to a main domain – all the Enfold Theme settings get wiped out and I have to set them all again after it’s transferred. Do you know anything about this happening to anybody else? What am I doing wrong?

Hi, sorry to ask again but I want to be sure what I’m doing! When you say changes on theme files will be lost, do you mean any custom css that I have or if I’ve changed settings in Enfold?

Hi – if I update Enfold to the latest version via FTP it definiately won’t overwrite any of the settings/content that I have now?
Why would that have caused a problem when I migrated the website?

Hi, I have had to go through and put the settings back myself. There are two things that I can’t remember though – one is the custom code to increase the font size of the steps shown at the top of the Gravity Form and also at the top of the first page of the Gravity Form there is a double-line showing – how can I remove that?
Could you please let me know what I did wrong? This has happened before when I have migrated a site using Enfold from a sub-domain to the main domain but I have usually still had the site on the sub-domain so I have been able to copy settings across – unfortunately this time I deleted the old site as I thought all was okay. Surely the Enfold settings shouldn’t disappear?!

If you look at the About Us page now: http://www.littlefoxwebdesign.co.uk/lumbandmacgill/about-us-2/ this is exactly how it should look on the Home Page – I’m using the same size images but obviously on the Home Page they’re in the Easy Slider rather than a static image.

The problem is that the image I’m using is expanding to fit the coloured section rather than the coloured section reducing to fit my image. I’ve tried with smaller images but no luck!

Hi – I’m having further problems using the coloured section background – here: http://www.littlefoxwebdesign.co.uk/lumbandmacgill/about-us-2/ when I insert an image it is again overlapping the coloured section although it seems to be retaining it’s size which it is not doing on the Home Page.
Please help – I really need to finish this site for my client urgently.
