    Hi,
    I was too quick, I found my solution, it is in the Geavanceerde opties (Advanced options) section >> textbox “Reject cookie warning”.

    thanks,

    hi,
    I have the same question. Everything is in Dutch except for the same message, which is in English. The language files are nl_NL.po and nl_NL.mo are already in Dutch. See attached screencaptures
    What can be another reason why the message is in English?

    thanks,

    hi Mike,

    Thank you so much for providing the code!
    I added the child theme and placed the code from the original functions.php to the one of the childtheme, it works perfectly.
    Also the css for the media query I added to the child theme css, thanks for that as well.

    I added margin-bottom value to give some space between the stacked columns.
    @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1130px){
    .responsive .av_one_fourth.first + .av_one_fourth.flex_column_div,
    .responsive .av_one_fourth.first + .av_one_fourth + .av_one_fourth + .av_one_fourth.flex_column_div {
    margin-bottom: 4%;
    margin-left: 4%;
    width: 48%;
    }
    .responsive .av_one_fourth.first + .av_one_fourth + .av_one_fourth.flex_column_div,
    .responsive .av_one_fourth.first.el_before_av_one_fourth.flex_column_div {
    margin-bottom: 4%;
    margin-left: 0%;
    width: 48%;
    }
    }

    Kind regards,

    Hi Ismael,

    Thank you for the fix!

    in reply to: Masonry excerpts when deleted show text #1338040

    hi Ismael,

    1) I don’t get an error in the Enfold > Theme Options > Theme Update panel but an error in the Envato Market plugin because more more fields are checked in the https://build.envato.com/create-token besides the

    • View and search Envato sites
    • Download the user’s purchased items
    • List purchases the user has made

    But on a other website where I use the Enfold it is the other way around, I created a token with ONLY

    • View and search Envato sites
    • Download the user’s purchased items
    • List purchases the user has made

    Here the Envato Market plugin gives no error message, but the Enfold > Theme Options > Theme Update panel gives an error upon validation.
    See reply: #1337804

    But please forget this,because this is not why I opened this ticket.

    The real issue is the masonry BUG I started this thread for, which has not been solved!
    The theme is upgraded to the latest version.
    The two masonry.php are put in place, so the load more button is working again.

    But the BUG is still there!

    When I use the code you sent me,

    add_filter("avf_masonry_entry_content", function($content, $entry, $atts) {
        return $entry->post_excerpt;
    }, 10, 3);

    it does not resolve the bug, it merely removes the excerpt everywhere.
    But excerpts must be possible as well, that’s why we put the setting in the masonry on “Show tittle and element”.
    When the owner puts in a text in the excerpts section of a portfolio item, it should appear, and it does.
    But the BUG appears when the owner removes a text from the excerpts section of a portfolio item, see my former posts for screencaptures.
    Please check the screencapture in the private content. The green checked items are correct excerpts, the red crosses are items that had previously added excerpts, that were removed later, but still persist in the masonry with extra breaks and content.

    I am sorry to say, I am using the Enfold themes for quite some customers and quite some years now, but the way this is handled is not very satisfactory.

    thanks,
    Karin

    hi Ismael,

    re 1: The envato market plugin still returns these error messages:

    Incorrect token permissions, please generate another token or fix the permissions on the existing token.
    Please ensure only the following permissions are enabled:

    • View and search Envato sites
    • Download your purchased items
    • List purchases you’ve made

    Additional Error Details:
    Found too many permissions on token..
    sale:verify

    Updating with Thema Options > Thema Update is working.
    For me that’s important enough, I don’t see the relevance of having the Envato Market plugin, so I will de-activate it.
    It may be confusing for Enfold users to advise to use the Envato Market plugin as it gives error messages concerning checked boxes in the https://build.envato.com/create-token/ while Enfold advises/requires more boxes to be checked.
    Here’s some info I found: https://forums.envato.com/t/token-error-found-too-many-permissions-on-token/278370

    re.2 : Please advise where exactly to put the php-files. I have upgraded to 4.8.9 and I am using the child-theme

    in reply to: Masonry excerpts when deleted show text #1337804

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks for your reply and for the previous version, at least now the load more button works.
    But I am feeling we’ve landed in a Kafkaesque situation.

    1) I followed your advise to install the Envato Market plugin. Upon checking the token it gave the following messages:

    Incorrect token permissions, please generate another token or fix the permissions on the existing token.
    Please ensure only the following permissions are enabled:
    View and search Envato sites
    Download your purchased items
    List purchases you’ve made
    Additional Error Details:
    Found too many permissions on token..

    I searched in the Envato Community and the reason for these message appears to be that too many options were checked,

    On another website where I also use Enfold, I deleted the token and created a new one with only the 3 options mentioned in the previous message:

    • View and search Envato sites
    • Download your purchased items
    • List purchases you’ve made.

    This was okayed by the Envato Market plugin, but when I try to validate the token in Enfold options > Update
    it gave these errorcodes

    username Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated
    email Errorcode 403 returned by Envato: Forbidden:
    – code: not_authenticated

    It did however update to the newest version. But it is very confusing to say the least.

    2) I hope the devs come up soon with a fix, so we can upgrade again in order to get rid of the bug I started this ticket for.

    thanks,
    Karin

    in reply to: Masonry excerpts when deleted show text #1337482

    hi Ismael,

    Sorry for the late response.
    Now we have 2 strange things instead of 1!

    1 – update to 4.8.8.SOLVED however please notice this: the owner has set her Envato in place, we expected that with Theme Options > Theme Update it would be updated to 4.8.8.x, but it said “”There are no updates available. You are already using the latest version!” while still showing 4.8.6.3
    I solved it by a manual upload of the newest version. But is this normal behaviour?

    2 – It looks like the bug has disappeared (without the need of the code you sent)

    3 – but … now the load more button is not working.
    Can you please look into this?

    The login credentials I sent earlier are still the same.

    thanks,
    Karin

    in reply to: Masonry excerpts when deleted show text #1335578

    Hi Ismail,

    Please notice this was not the issue.
    If the user wants to only use title, she is aware that she can set the masonry to “title only” instead of “show title and excerpt”.
    But she wants to have a choice per portfolio item if she wants to either use Title or Title and excerpt.
    So standard masonry setting should be “show title and excerpt”.

    When the user fills in the excerptfield in a portfolio, the masonry renders normal i.e. it shows Title and in the next line Excerpt.
    The bug is that when the user removes previously added text from the excerptfield.
    The expected rendition would be the masonry be showing the Title without excerpt.
    But instead it shows Title and the word that was previously inserted in the excerpt field plus breaks and part of the post content. (see previous examples 1 and 2)

    thanks,
    Karin

    in reply to: Masonry excerpts when deleted show text #1335458

    Hi Ismael,

    Thanks for your reply.
    The code makes the masonry rendering only the Title. The post content is gone, but it does not render the excerpt either.

    The weird thing is that when I remove the text from an excerpt field it keeps on showing up in the masonry view.

    For example the word “poëzie”, I removed it from two portfolio items from the excerpt-field but it renders as follows with the next text being the start of the actual post content

    example 1
    <div class=”av-masonry-entry-content entry-content” itemprop=”text”>Poëzie<br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    We liepen tussen spiegels…</div>

    and

    example 2
    <div class=”av-masonry-entry-content entry-content” itemprop=”text”>Poëzie<br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    <br>
    De waarheid is een…</div>

    No idea where all the breaks come from either.
    Is it a cache issue?

    thanks,
    Karin

    PS I removed the code you sent, to make the bug visible.

    in reply to: No hamburger menu on below 990px #1323745

    Thank you, Ismael, that did the trick!
    Just one comment – not to be nagging – but, this was a setting I did not make, but is a part of the configuration settings of this demo:

    It would – however – look much better on (portrait) screens smaller than 990px with an hamburger menu. Is this something that I can submit as a feature request?

    For now, thanks for the css code!

    Best regards,
    Karin

    in reply to: No hamburger menu on below 990px #1323590

    hi Ismael,

    Thanks for your reply, I checked on a Galaxy Tablet, but also on several browser tools. Everything bigger that 767 gives the desktop menu, despite the setting of Theme Options -> Main Menu -> Activate for Smartphone and Tablets (browser width below 990px).

    In other words this setting should trigger a query, but the query between 990 — 768 doesn’t work.

    I think the original question was
    Since, not all of Enfold users (like me) are php developers, I’d like you to write a guide (or a post on the forum) on how to properly integrate the fantastic plugin Advanced Custom Fields in Enfold templates, since these templates are so many (which is the starter template?)
    as that seemed to be too complicated (
    That would be too complicated as there are almost endless possibilities to integrate custom fields using ACF. However following would be helpful:(….)“)
    the follow-up question was
    Could it be possible to do a tutorial in order to explain all the purpose of Enfold templates one by one (ok, many are common to the main WordPress loop)? Especially the .php ones in the root folder and in the include subfolder…
    at which this was replied:
    That is something which – we might be able to work something out, on our GitHub.
    Maybe not for everything, but for as many as we can.
    I have added it to my TODO List. Cant promise when, but something we can consider.

    And participant marco3253 was asking about the progress of these questions.
    As the feature request form is frozen, I join in on this conversation: any news on either a tutorial on integration of the Advanced Custom Fields plugin in Enfold or a tutorial in order to explain all the purpose of Enfold templates (Especially the .php ones in the root folder and in the include subfolder)?

    thanks in advance,
    Karin

    hi Rikard.
    Okay, this is a mystery.
    First of all: the CSS didn’t work.

    Here is the mystery I found, text above the masonry seems to cause the appearance of the greyborder in Chrome.
    When the textblock consists of 1 or 3 paragraphs the borders are visible.
    When it consists of 2 paragraphs or more than 3 the borders are not visible.
    Isn’t that weird?
    I made some testpages with identical blocks, but different in amount of paragraphs ( see details in private content):
    one-paragraph/ border
    wo-paragraphs/ no border
    three-paragraphs/ border

    And I added you to the dasboard ( see details in private content) so you can see for yourself.

    For the time being I will deactivate the “Animation on load” on the original pages, because they have to appear for public this week.

    thanks,
    Karin

    in reply to: Border in Masonry visible in Chrome #1158777

    Hi Rikard,
    I did several combinations:
    I combined the first:
    .avia-chrome .av-large-gap.av-fixed-size .av-masonry-entry .av-inner-masonry {
    top: 1px !important;
    }

    with with one I received from Jordan:
    .main_color .av-masonry-outerimage-container{
    background-color:none!important;
    }
    But that didn’t work, and then I tried the last one without the first one, to no avail.
    Currently these two CSS are added to the quick CSS:

    .avia-chrome .av-large-gap.av-fixed-size .av-masonry-entry .av-inner-masonry {
    top: 1px !important;
    }
    .main_color .av-masonry-outerimage-container {
    background-color: transparent !important;
    }

    But as you see the grey border still persists.

    UPDATE I just checked a similar page, but there the greyborder are not visible. I’ll check what’s different.

    thanks,
    Karin

    in reply to: Border in Masonry visible in Chrome #1158454

    hi Jordan,
    Unfortunately that doesn’t work either. For testing purposes I changed the color in your code from “none” to “ff0000” and as you will see the darkgreyborders are still there. When you hover over an item this border disappears and you will see in a tiny fraction some red (“ff0000”), so it is not the section that needs adjusting.
    Again: it only occurs in Google Chrome and when the Masonry block has the option “Animation on load” activated.

    thanks,
    Karin

    in reply to: Border in Masonry visible in Chrome #1158274

    hi Jordan,
    That’s because I deactivated the “Animation on load” in the masonry settings. When it is activated the grey borders appear in Google Chrome.

    I don’t mind to deactivate the “Animation on load”, but in case you want to see it, it’s on now :-)
    (Currently the page is not added to the menu or linked to, so visitors will not see it yet.)

    Thanks,
    Karin

    in reply to: Border in Masonry visible in Chrome #1158117

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks, but it doesn’t disappear.
    I noticed that it does disappear when I deactivate the “Animation on load”. I guess it has something to do with that?

    in reply to: Cookie consent message translation #1151825

    hello Nikko,
    Thanks, but I am not looking for an integration with a translation plug-in as the website will not be multi-lingual, I merely want to translate the content of the info modal on privacy & cookies. If you can tell me where I can find these particular files/snippets so I can translate them, that would be helpful.
    By the way I am using a child theme.

    hi Rikard,

    You can close the topic, I have no further questions.
    Thanks for your support.

    Kind regards,
    Karin

    Hi Ismael.

    It’s working! Thank you so much!
    (One thing: the opening “{” was missing in your solution, but anyway I’m glad it’s working now)

    Regards,
    Karin

    Hi Ismael,
    Frankly, I would not be asking if I haven’t tried all these options.But if you want to see it for yourself , uncomment the display:block and try all display variations:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px)
    {
    .responsive div .avia_responsive_table .avia-data-table table,
    .responsive div .avia_responsive_table .avia-data-table tbody,
    .responsive div .avia_responsive_table .avia-data-table tr,
    .responsive div .avia_responsive_table .avia-data-table td,
    .responsive div .avia_responsive_table .avia-data-table th{/*display:block;*/border-top:none; border-right:none; border-left:none; text-align: left;}

    I was much more happy with the solution Mike gave me, but how to make sure that the table.css from /wp-content/themes/enfold-child/shortcodes/table/ is being loaded instead from /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/table ?

    Thanks,
    Karin

    hi Mike,

    Thanks, I did what you wrote, but somehow the original table.css from /wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/table keeps being loaded. I tried with and without the table.php in the /wp-content/themes/enfold-child/shortcodes/table/
    Also changed different settings in the Performance-tabs of the Enfold Settings /wp-admin/admin.php?page=avia: disable or enable compression css and js.
    But it keeps loading from the main theme. Am I missing something?

    thanks,
    Karin
