The implementation of this iframe is a requirement from the client. Unfortunately, the documentation for the external software is very poor, which is why the script is not explained in detail. I appreciate your help in identifying the critical part of the code.
As for your questions:
Mike: The JavaScript that scrolls to the top of the iframe seems to be causing the issue. Here’s the relevant code snippet as you requested:

Regarding the iframe content: The content within the iframe is provided by the external software. Given the client’s requirements, we have to use this iframe and cannot switch to Enfold’s native solutions alone.

I have the exact same problem with two of my enfold-installations since updating WordPress to 5.5.1.
The preloader takes very long to disappear. Heres the console log:[AVIA-LOG] Hide Preloader (Fallback) (avia.js:115:13)

I need to show the menu completely all the time. Your code just disabled the fade effect, but it still loads the list items after each other.Best regards

I used the Video-Element of the Avia-Builder. If I’d do it the way you suggested I’d have to replace all of the elements with the shortcode.
The best thing for me would be to change the Element itself globaly.Best regards,

Thanks for your Reply. I know that the function.php of the childtheme is the right place to work with for changes. But if i write the line of Code from the post above ($avia_config[‘imgSize’][‘portfolio_small’] = array(‘width’=>520 ‘height’=>370 ); // images for portfolio 4 columns) in the function.php of the childtheme i get an error.
