I resolved the issue. I used a short url in place of the original image url and it works fine now.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, disabling modal does work but I have a gallery I am using as well and would like to use it. Has this always been an issue?

Yes, it will achieve what is needed but remove the starting transparency header color.

I am having the same issue. The new layerslider update now shows a white screen. Here is the latest updates..

I installed a new slider, exported my sliders and imported onto new one. problem solved.
