I’m sorry but i don’t think there is an easy way to get that, it’s a custom-made modification, and that’s beyond the scope of our support form. If you really need it try hiring a freelancer for the job.

Si, se puede desarrollar algún tipo de solución, para mantener el sidebar visible todo el tiempo, pero lamentablemente eso es algo que requiere una modificación bastante profunda al theme y eso esta fuera del alcance del soporte que ofrecemos.
De todos modos, siempre puedes pedirlo como una característica nueva en este hilo: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-feature-requests/

Ese comportamiento es algo ya premeditado en el Theme, el sidebar se oculta en la vista móvil, lo que puedes hacer es seleccionar el Layout fijo en las Opciones, de esta forma mantienes el sidebar en la vista móvil:
