There seems to be an issue with the LayerSlider on top, have you tried disabling the autoplay feature in either the slider or the carrousel?

There is no way to make the Enfold Contact Form entries appear in the Jetpack Feedback section, they are two different scripts.
I guess what you want to achieve is to have a Contact Form and at the same time that stores the messages, if that’s the case you can use this combination of plugins:

Seems it wasn’t compatible with 3.9. Try updating it (the plugin), they added support for 3.9 in their newest version.

You can try this in your functions.php to change the thumbnail size:
