That isn’t possible right now. You can however go to the Screen Options tab while viewing the menus manager and turn on the Classes field. Then when you expand each menu item there will be a new field where you can add a class to the menu item.
If you add noMobile to that class field the theme will not use that menu item when it switches over to the mobile menu.

No, i had to modify line 255 in js/avia.js. But the bug (+fix) is already reported so it will be taken in consideration for the next update, just like we did with the land-on-top-section bug on mobiles.
