No, it’s just a matter of removing the page id and then it will be applied to all pages. For the home i’ve applied something different, you can check it now.
Also check the Quick CSS, it’s all commented:

@amirhossein, video lightbox activation will only occur on YouTube and Vimeo links, you’re linking a mp4 file directly, however, there’s a way to lightbox that, try changing your link to:

JosueHover doesn’t exists on mobile devices, :active should toggle when the user presses the element for some time. I’ve not tested it but it should work like that, i’d like to test it on your site but i’m not seeing the code being added to Quick CSS.

Are you saying that just using the ALB removes the native wordpress post designation that the plugin would be picking up on to display the buttons?
Correct, the basic idea of ALB is to enable an empty canvas where you can build any type of layout, at the cost of losing all pre-defined templates.
Try asking the plugin author if there’s a way of invoking SumoMe buttons either via shortcode o PHP function:
