Can you post a screenshot of that? what browser are you using?
Regards,
JosueLine 174 in /includes/loop-index.php, you could try changing that to:
if( $blog_global_style != 'elegant-blog' )So it applies when non-elegant blog style is selected, additional adjusting may be needed.
January 28, 2016 at 11:54 am in reply to: Changing number of portfolio entrys after tag search #573650Hi!
You can change the number of Posts shows in the tag/archive template in Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most (default is 10).
Cheers!

Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (min-width: 767px) and (max-width: 989px) { .responsive .av-masonry-entry .av-masonry-entry-title+.av-masonry-entry-content{display:block;} }Cheers!
JosueHey Deb!
Couldn’t really note any black bars on my end (Chrome / OS X 10.10), are you noting the issue on a specific environment?
Best regards,
JosueOk, use this one instead:
.ssba.ssba-wrap { padding: 100px 0 0 0; clear: both; }Regards,
JosueHm, do you have the timestamp of that log? did it happen exactly at the moment the website went down? i’m unsure if that’s the real culprit of the issue because those type of error are quite common, normally generated by search engine robots who crawl all accesible URLs in your site, in this case they loaded the theme files directly (index.php), as it wasn’t on a WP environment,
get_headerwas not available, hence the error.Regards,
JosueI’ll let Kriesi know about your request. I can’t really give you a exact timeframe because we first need to test the plugin and make sure it’s bug-free before shipping it.

JosueHello!
That’s strange, unfortunately from our side we can’t really do much but advice, if you (or your server provider) have a stable backup i’d suggest to restore it first and then check what was the actual ‘fatal error’ in the logs.
Regards,
JosueHey!
I was able to login using Safari/Chrome, regarding the ALB issue does it happen with a specific Page? i didn’t note when i created a new Page.
Cheers!
JosueHey!
Yes, i did check on IE9 and the video worked (the one in the slider), what i noted is that if i added a video element somewhere in the Page, the first video would get fixed, so i added that inside a section and hide it with CSS.
Cheers!
JosueYou are welcome Chris, hope it gets resolved :)

JosueJanuary 28, 2016 at 3:28 am in reply to: Editor problems after update & transparency not working #573432Can’t really answer that precisely because there are too many factors to take in consideration (both on the theme/plugins/wordpress and on your end). I’d suggest sticking to Incognito mode for now and checking back in some days (could be a browser cache problem).
Regards,
JosueLook for Jetpack Photon in your Jetpack settings, if you have that enabled, all your Media files will be uploaded to wp.com and served from there instead of your own server. It has its benefits like faster loading and dynamic image resizing but if this loading problem is an issue for you i’d suggest disabling it for a time and check if it gets fixed.
Cheers!
JosueJanuary 28, 2016 at 2:38 am in reply to: Editor problems after update & transparency not working #573403Well then it’s something in your normal browser setting or an addon that didn’t really got deactivated.

JosueJanuary 28, 2016 at 2:12 am in reply to: Editor problems after update & transparency not working #573389Can you check if the issue persists in Incognito mode or on another computer (using Chrome)?

JosueJanuary 28, 2016 at 1:47 am in reply to: VIDEOS IN EASY SLIDER/ VIDEO PLAYER DON'T TRANSITION/PLAY IN CHROME #573377Hey Silvio!
What happens if you access the video directly (in Chrome)?
Cheers!
JosueHi John!
You may have reached your menu limit, try installing this plugin to confirm:

JosueHi Chris!
I tested it and all images loaded fine, the only thing that come to my mind about this intermittent problem is that you’re using wp.com image resizing feature which may fail some times.
Regards,
JosueHi!
Newer LayerSlider versions are normally shipped with theme with some delay. If you need the most recent LS you’d need to purchase it separately and deactivate the Enfold bundled one.
Best regards,
JosueHey!
You can go to Blog Layout > Blog Styling and select “Elegant”, that will put the title above the image.

JosueJanuary 28, 2016 at 1:09 am in reply to: Editor problems after update & transparency not working #573363Have you tried disabling all addons / extensions and see if it gets fixed?
Cheers!
