Hi,
The demo files are not access from within the dashboard, but the theme folder itself. Follow the structure Enfold > includes > admin > demo_files. You then go to back to the WordPress dashboard and use Tools > Import to import the desired file.

Jordan ShannonHi,
I don’t recall “Clone” being a default option, but there is a plugin that gives this option. You can use this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/.
Or
Using the Advance Layout Editor, you can save a template and reuse it. Look for Avia Layout Builder, at the bottom right click Templates.

You override config files from a child theme. This way when you update the parent theme you get the new features and updates and still not lose any changes you made in child theme.

Jordan ShannonHi,
After running the plugin, you should attempt to re-import the demo and see if the content comes with it. You also have the option of attempting to import the files directly via the dashboard import utility. The demo files can be found at includes > admin > demo_files.

It seems to take up 100% width like a normal responsive image usually would. Can you please provide a screenshot of exactly what you are seeing from your device?

Jordan ShannonHi,
Have you attempted to run the WP-reset plugin?

You actually need to target the placeholder text. Please see the following for an explanation:

It seems to just be an issue with your page column configuration within the ALB. If you can provide us with admin information, we can login and look into this further.

Try adding the following to quick css:
span.logo a img{
margin-top:25px!important;
}Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Japracool,
How are you adding this code? It looks like this is a global style for the paragraph tag, in that case you would want to just style the parent that the paragraph tags reside in.

Is this Vimeo or Youtube? Have you attempted using the embed code within the code block element?

Have you attempted to copy your intended changes directly into the functions.php file of the child theme?

Jordan ShannonHi,
Can you please try and explain this a little more clearer, I am having trouble understanding the exact need.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey Patrick,
Yes it is because you deleted the pages out of the WordPress database. You would have to try and re-import the demo, and all run this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/

You cannot get a “perfect square” in the masonry element. The width of the item is just a fraction of the whole masonry container so the width will vary on different screen sizes. Defining a specific width or height to the masonry items will break its responsiveness.

Have you tried using the built in WordPress more tag?

Honestly, there is no way to tell if it is 100% compatible. While I am confident that it should be, there may be small things that can conflict. However the beauty of our service is that if you run into any issue, you can simply ask us for assistance here on the forums.

Jordan ShannonHey Bernd,
This can be done via quick css. If you use the browser inspector, you can see the exact styles you need to edit.

Do you have any plugins that could be causing a styling conflict?

Jordan ShannonHey ccyran,
I am looking at the page you linked but can’t see the jump you are speaking of. Can you screenshot the problem area from the exact page you posted?
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonHey missouriartscouncil,
You can use a code block element, and the YouTube, or Vimeo embed code (ie. with the embed tag, not the url). This should work.
